Tolles Hotel, sehr gute Lage, nah an der u-Bahn Station, Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar.

A comfortable, well located hotel in a good area but close to the old town and major attractions.

A well located hotel - near the Kafkas's Head sculpture and an underground and tram stop, as well as a small shopping mall. Hotel has been refurbished to a good standard and while rooms are not big they are comfortable and have all the necessary facilities like a fridge, kettle and in room safe. Breakfast is well stocked with a variety of pastries, meats, cereals and eggs. There is also a laundry just a few shops up from the hotel for those who need to refresh their travel clothes. Hotel arranged for airport pickup and drop off as well which went smoothly. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the area as well. A good choice if you are spending a few days in Prague.

I don't have any complaints.

Βολικός προορισμός για οικογένεια με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης

Το πρωινό ήταν άψογο. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, ψηλοτάβανο, με μεγάλα μαξιλάρια, wifi, ζεστό νερό όλη τη μέρα. Η θέση του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ καλή σε μικρή απόσταση από αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Οι υπάλληλοι ήταν εξυπηρετικότατοι και ευγενέστατοι. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη το μικρό δώρο για τα γενέθλια της μικρής μου!

Παρότι το δωμάτιο ήταν γενικά καθαρό, κατά την άφιξή μας υπήρχαν πετσέτες λεκιασμένες και τρίχες στο μπάνιο. Οι υπάλληλοι της reception διόρθωσαν άμεσα το πρόβλημα, αφού τους ενημερώσαμε. Το τρίτο κρεβατάκι ήταν άβολο και η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο δαιδαλώδης από 2ο βοηθητικό ανελκυστήρα του κτηρίου. Δυσάρεστη έκπληξη η επιπλέον επιβάρυνση στην τιμή του δωματίου λόγω ισοτιμίας ευρώ και τσέχικης κορώνας. Θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε ενημερωθεί νωρίτερα ώστε να επιλέξουμε άλλον τρόπο πληρωμής και όχι να βρεθούμε αντιμέτωποι με απρόβλεπτη χρέωση.

Proximité du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Propreté des lieux Petit déjeuner impeccable

מלון מרכזי ונוח. הייתה חוויה מעולה והיינו חוזרים שוב בשמחה

מיקום נהדר. מרחק הליכה קצר מהכל. ליד המלון שפע של מסעדות וברים בכל מיני רמות. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד, עשירה ומגוונת. היינו בחד לשלושה והוא היה גדול, מרווח ונוח מאוד. אפשר לפתוח חלון בחדר שזה יתרון . בחדר יש מכונת אספרסו הכוללת גם אפשרות להכין תה. יש גם מקרר קטן. באופן כללי המלון יפה ונעים. בלובי יש מים ויין פרסקו בכל שעות היום

לא החליפו את המצעים והמגבות מספיק לטעמי.

We would come back, really good hotel.

Location was excellent. Very clean with big bedroom. Coffee machine in room was lovely.

No need for table clothes for breakfast. A meet and greet at breakfast would be welcome. Breakfast could be more consistent I.e food offering. But overall, very good.

It was a little less than okay

Very nice staff. Location of hotel was perfect.

The view from the room was very bad. We were looking directly into some warn out apartment’s. We were upgraded to a suite, but the the quality of that was poor. Would have been better with a nice single room. Breakfast was lousy. Taxi with company that colab with hotel was 50% more expensive, than if you ordered online via Booking.com.

The facilities were very good. Breakfast buffet was great. The location was close to be able to walk to the main sights of Prague. The lobby area for a drink in the evening was relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly regarding parking and restaurant recommendations.

The two joining rooms had a strange odour (like body odour).

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room. Excellent location, just a short stroll to the old town square. Nice and quiet at night time so it was easy to get a great night sleep.

Perfect for a city break

The hotel was perfect for our short city break, everything very clean and a super comfy bed. Good range of toiletries which were topped up daily along with the water in the room. Very quiet, we didn’t hear any noice from the street or within the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and good quality. The staff were all really lovely and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location if you’re looking to explore the city. We walked everywhere and saw everything we’d hope to in the 2 days we were there. The Dutch Pub almost opposite the hotel is worth a visit, lovely staff and great food with a good atmosphere and vibe.

Could be more generous with coffee and milk and drink selection in the room, but again it does get replaced daily so nothing major

Nice sweets at check in. Staff were nice.

Room smelt of body odour and our toilet had stains in it. TV had.no English channels except Al jazeera, no Netflix etc. Can't understand how this is a 5 star hotel. It has very few facilities. Breakfast was mediocre unless you've got a big desire for broccoli amd watered down orange juice. Rooms are big but missing the touches that would make them homely. We left after a couple of days and moved to the hotel over the road which was 4 star and cheaper but way way nicer in every way.
