Perfect comfortable home stay

Very clean and well kept property Extremely comfortable bed Sharing a bathroom with one other was no problem Tea and coffee set up on the landing was excellent Chris and Anna happy to house my luggage before and after check out with early and late flight times On a direct bus route to town (10) with a second route round the corner (16) Felt completely comfortable Water pressure in the shower was excellent USB charging from the extension multiplug

入住前，我們透過Booking.com電子郵件成功獲得業主同意提前一小時（14:00）入住。由於航班比預定時間提早了半小時到達溫哥華，所以我們實際到達的時間是13點10分。雖然當時的屋主並沒有拒絕我們入住，但除了介紹基本設施外，女屋主的態度卻變得冷淡起來。當男屋主說以前沒有客人這麼早登記入住時，我們才恍然大悟。入住的第二天晚上，我們甚至聽到房主二人在吵架，所以我們只敢待在房間和二樓，以免尷尬。隔天遊玩回來，發現房間裡的床、浴巾、垃圾桶都還沒收拾好。甚至咖啡吧和浴室垃圾桶也沒有清理。共用浴室只靠房客保持清潔。是次住宿費不是很划算，並且還需要支付額外清潔費。這是合理的收費嗎？從我們的房間裡，我們看到房主在開放式車庫裡晾曬床單。雖然這是環保又節流措施，但共用的床單並沒有經過高溫乾衣機消毒，實在讓我們擔心衛生問題。

Nice quiet, dark room for sleeping. Close to airport. Close to bus stop. Owners were friendly and helpful. Perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, clean and nice walk path to a market for snacks or just exercise. 10 minutes from the airport so convenient after a long flight. Neighborhood location. Greeted with fresh, cold, purified water and ample coffee for breakfast. Our hosts were very gracious and eager to ensure we were comfortable.

The hosts were extremely kind, and despite being near the airport, my room wasn't too noisy into the late evening. The room was clean, had a bathroom to myself and the shared kitchen had everything you'd hoped for to make yourself some food. Would come again for sure!

We needed a simple, good value overnight stay, and this was it.

It lived up to our expectations; it delivered what it said on the website. Additionally, Chris was friendly and very helpful.

Lock on the bathroom door seemed not to work.

Great vacation - really enjoyed it and will stay here again next time we are in Vancouver.

Chris and Anne where great hosts - they made sure we had everything we needed. We had the unit with two bedrooms and a sitting room - plenty of space. Unit was very clean and the bathrooms where spotless and finished to a very high spec. Despite being close to the airport we never really noticed any planes, which was nice. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to from the airport. Safeway supermarket close by (7 minute walk) and you can also get day passes for the transit system there and the #10 bus straight into downtown. Great location and a great place to stay.

there was nothing I didn’t like, however I much prefer not sharing a bathroom and I did find the accommodations price high for a bedroom with shared bathroom, however accommodation prices it seems have gone up significantly

Good trip but a short one.

Did not have one or was not served. Did not cook either.

Stairs was not safe for anyone esp for seniors. It’s very steep. Needs to be improved or restructured, otherwise it’s very nice.

Lovely Room & View 5 Minutes from Airport

Stayed here for one night. Chris was a very nice host and allowed us to check in an hour before check-in time. He gave us a quick tour of the facilities and our room. Room has a beautiful view of the street and has lots of natural lighting. Bed was so comfy that I knocked out right away. Bathroom is shared but big and very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided. By the time I woke from my nap it was too late to check out the restaurants along Granville, but we were able to order food through doordash and eat it in our rooms or dining area. I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the Vancouver airport; it was only about 5 minutes away. Ubers were quick to respond to ride requests and got to us in 3-5 minutes. Only a $20 ride to and from the airport in the morning and afternoon.

Nothing; everything was great. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Highly Recommended!

The host was very welcoming when we arrived The unit was very nice and clean! It has been newly renovated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. It is centrally located; close to downtown, Stanley Park, and more! Would definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay a lot and will be staying there again if I‘ll spend another night in Vancouver

It really is a nice home away from home… The house is in a nice and quiet living area in spite of its proximity to the airport. The rooms are nicely furnished, very comfy and clean. There‘s availability of mineral water, tea and coffee at all times and on top, Chris and Anna are very kind hosts who offer a lot of help! Getting to downtown is quite easy with stops of two bus lines nearby, too. There really wasn‘t anything I was left wishing for!
