The rooms were very impressive. Immaculately clean and modern. All the amenities in the room were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and the hotel have a lovely ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our bags. Room security was excellent.
Nothing.

The location was perfect for exploring Tuscany and is conveniently located. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the food in the restaurant/tavern was excellent, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful Villa on a hillside; very clean and well maintained. Fantastic and helpful staff. 10 minutes to the train station and the historic town of Chiusi. Nice to relax with drinks around the pool.
My only disappointment was there are 2 restaurants - 1 was closed on the night we stayed and the other was booked for a private party. No real option for dinner other than to go off property. That turned out to be a Wonderful experience in the near by town of Chiusi. Short taxi ride - recommend IL Grillo e Buoncantore.

Staff were marvellous, friendly and extremely welcoming. Location is excellent. Hotel is beautiful and sitting infront of a roaring fire was lovely. Tavern resto was good, tremendous mixed grill!
The 'hot' breakfast was cold daily. Shame the facilities don't include a spa area. The bathrooms were dated and the toiletries basic.

The location was very good for us and easy to find, and their restaurant and breakfast service was great. Parking couldn't have been better and the grounds were beautiful.
Our air conditioning did not work well, it was during the recent heat wave in Italy so we were hoping for something cooler. When we asked the staff to repair it, they left our room open and unlocked and in the end did not fix the problem. The staff was very short-handed and although friendly, they seemed to be overworked and stressed out. Only one person at reception who had to do everything from check-in to bar tending. It was a management problem more than a problem with the people who were there working hard. We also booked our stay months in advance and were told only a few days before we arrived that there was to be a wedding scheduled and that the pool and grounds would be closed that day.

That was a lovely experience. It was the first time my wife and me went to this location and the place meets all our expectations. It is calm, peaceful, and well cleaned. The swimming pool is astonishingg that offers a beautiful view on the Tuscany landscape. We ordered a spritz directly from the pool if needed, very convenient. The room is decorated with Tuscany taste. The bed was little bit soft for us but everything else was very good. The restaurant of the hotel offers very tasty meals, no need to go somewhere else. Everything you need is one a place and the staff is kind and helpful. We will come back for sure.

The staff is great, especially the lady from the breakfast who had a tough job in the mornings and still would always be smiling. The pool area is very nice and food is great.
Rooms where a bit smelly, and pillows definitely need a change.
Pool area service needs more prep since it was imposible to ask for a towel or order something. More chairs would be a plus.

Rooms and Interior of the hotel is very warm and cosy. Swimming pool with a nice view. Staff is very helpfull
Taverne offers very good food.
Hotel is very near to the road, so forget your rest if you sit in the very nice garden or at the swimming pool. You will hear the traffic constantly. We wanted to leave for this reason but neither the hotel, nor Booking.com was willing to cancel the reservation and therefor we stayed, although this hotel suggests that a romantic stay. Well, there is nothing romantic in hearing traffic while you want to have your rest.
