Perfect doorreis hotel

Fijn hotel, vlakbij het vliegveld.. Grote kamer, wij kregen een kamer met balkon. Prima ontbijt

We zaten op de 5e verdieping en lift ging tot 4, dus sjouwen met de koffers...ze waren zeaar

S-a făcut curățenie în fiecare zi. Personalul ok, te ajutau când aveai nevoie.

Foarte mult zgomot de afara și din hotel. Micul dejun foarte slab, câteva feluri de mâncare, nu prea aveai ce sa alegi din el, mâncarea era foarte dulce. Din prima zi am avut probleme cu camera de hotel, nu mergea aerul conditionat, televizorul nu mergea, au venit si au reparat aerul, insa nu mai puteam sa il oprim, ne au spus sa il oprim din siguranta, zis si facut :))) Daca opream din siguranta, nu mai mergea nici frigiderul nici televizorul. Pana dimineata s-a facut condens de la aerul conditionat și ne-am trezit cu mare băltoacă în camera. Ne-au schimbat camera pana la urma, în următoarea zi. Drum foarte lung pana la un supermarket... Camerele nu au fost foarte spațioase. Nu au toate camerele, balcon, doar cele de pe colt. Raport calitate preț, nu a fost la așteptările noastre.

O ar condicionado não funcionou! Ele ligava e do nada, desligava! Não reclamei pois era apenas umas noite mas me incomodou o fato de não funcionar.

Das instalações, eram muito boas, limpas e deixaram uma boa impressão. A funcionária também muito atenciosa.

Un lugar perfecto para llegar y sentirse como en casa.

Todo impecable, el lugar , la gente muy servicial, muy lindo diseño moderno y muy cuidado todo.Me encantó la luminosidad del lugar. Podes almorzar tiene un buen lugar de comedor.Maquinas expendedoras bien provistas. Volvería ! 😊Gracias !

colazione soddisfacente posizione facile da raggiungere personale gentile e cortese facile da raggiungere parcheggio comodo

pulizia del bagno non soddisfacente: vasca da bagno con bocchette per l'idromassaggio sporche phone non funzionante clientela rumorosa fino a tarda notte e al mattino presto finestre non chiudono correttamente e spifferi in abbondanza

Lovely hotel wrong location if relying on public transport.

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was wrong for us. Spent a lot of money on taxis going in and out to the centre as nothing nearby. Buses weren't great and had a very poor experience on them. If using the buses and have bought a ticket please stamp them on the machine on the bus to validate your ticket, we didn't know this and was met with a very rude bus inspector who wanted to fine us for not validating our tickets, even though we explained we had just arrived and no one had told us we had to do this. He chased us down the street threatening to call the police, it was awful. Also no bus after 730pm. Handy for airport but not if you're a tourist without a car would be better staying more central.

A/C needs an overhaul

Room was clean and as expected. Good place to lay your head near the airport.

I had read numerous reviews about the A/C and hoped they were flukes. The A/C will run for 1-3 minutes before turning off and there's no way to make it stay on longer, or kick back on once the temp drops again. We stayed at the end of May - I can only imagine how hot and miserable it would be in the summer. Because of this most people had their windows open and I could easily hear noise from other rooms in my own. It was a long night!

The hop in and out hotel

Clean,no hassle staff very helpful, very handy to airport

There was a party next door, so unfortunately alot of noise,when it was over slept. Unlucky I guess, but good plan to stay there.

The room was clean but sparse and dated, beds comfortable.

Situated in a remote industrial estate with very limited surrounding amenities - one cafe, closed in the early evening. Hotel had only a drinks dispenser with very poor coffee! and a notice re frozen food available - not sure how is supposed to work? Be sure to eat elsewhere before arrival. Bath had been altered so guests can't actually have a bath at all . Noise from the karaoke downstairs disturbed us until 2am. Stayed there for easy access to airport for a very early flight in the morning but the hotel had only one taxi phone number which didn't take bookings before 5am. This meant we were short of time for check in and defeated the purpose of being close by.

Did not have good experience.

only the. hotel building from outside look very attractive.

The checkin was done without cleaning the room. We were waiting for 45 mins for check in even though my small kid was not well. The location is not good every time we need to take taxi to come back to hotel or go to city centre or Pisa Tower. The hotel room does not provide basic tea maker. The staff was not cooperative.

Good place to stay in Pisa.

In booking.com it had canceled our reservation because it could not get the money from my bank card which caused us to do one more reservation, which was confirmed, but in B&B Pisa Hotels computer, it was that both of our reservations was canceled but the staff did not let us down and they’ll give us a room cost which was more expensive than the room we were booked,Which had a balcony and in the TV which had youtube.

Only one plug socket in the room, a little far from city centre and not much nearby.
