We had a pleasant stay at this new and stylish hotel. While I did notice some dust in the room, it was acceptable given the overall cleanliness. Overall, I found the hygiene to be good.

We loved how convenient the location is and having access to a public onsen and amenities like fresh fruit popsicles after soaking in the baths was really nice. The rooms are really small, though clean and the bed is comfortable — firm but not too firm. You’ll find Yutai stands right around the corner outside at night too.

Great hotel for short stay, amazing shower pressure! Decor is nature scene, lots of modern wood panels and occasional bird chirps to make you feel like you’re in nature. sky level worth extra - see clouds and clear sky above other surrounding buildings… at night, yatai food stalls pop up around the street corner next to the hotel, very convenient to have some fun food experiences…

Amazing! The view of the corner suite is amazing, however it does get warm from the Summer's afternoon sun. Perfect location to explore local Fukuoka with the late night eats just below. Well designed with very quiet and private rooms.

The check-in was fine, not much human touch, they don’t introduce the amenities or facilities available to the guests. It’s good we can self serve to extra blanket and Pilates mat.

Overall is great! Will highly recommend you to stay there if you travel in Fukuoka:)

We are a group of 6, are very disappointed with the breakfast,
Not much choices, as for fruits, they only have bananas, grape fruits, the sushi rice not fresh at all

Great central hotel close to everything. Short walk to canals. Room was excellent, we had a view over the canal. Breakfast was superb, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here 4 nights and found the location fantastic. It is somewhat at the edge of a bustling area, so it is quiet and also easily walkable to restaurants. The subway station is just round the corner, there is a Don Quijote across the street, and the Ichiran HQ is also along the same block.
I enjoyed the newness and peace of the hotel, and being a solo traveller, it was important that the location and ambience felt safe.
The room was big by Japan standards and i could open my luggage flat on the floor. Having good pillows is important for me, and i like that there was one set each of soft and firm pillows. The layout of the bathroom was great, cos the toilet room and shower room opened into the sink area, which I prefer, compared to those that are completely separate.
Overall an enjoyable stay, and I am glad I chose this hotel.

The hotel 's tie up with the multi storey Car park 300 metres away was not so convenient. Four of us stay in the premium riverside room and the four beds was a bit too cramp for our comfort. However the rooms with its wooden feature throughout was beautiful and very clean. Another plus is the onsen bath on the 3rd level which was very useful after our long walk around Fukuoka.

Good location and condition. Spacious but the lighting inside the room is not sufficient.

Excellent. Will come back again for sure.
Onsen bath is comfortable.

Really nice hotel, especially if you upgrade to a corner, riverview unit which we did. Fukuoka, to me, is a little sibling to the hussle/bustle of other maor cities like Tokyo or Kyoto and a smaller version of Hiroshima with similar "river city" feels and vibes. All the major attractions, dining, and shopping are all within easy reach of the hotel. It's a good place to relax and take in the vibes of the city without the hectic feel of being in major Japanese metropolis.

Nice and quite a spacious room, which was also very clean and well kept. The hotel is right in the heart of the city centre but on a quieter road. It’s close to the subway line to the airport and just a few step from Donki, lots of restaurants, shopping arcade, etc. The hotel also has a bath—the only thing was that I found the changing room need some cleaning more often as there just water and used garbage/tissue/cotton wipes all over the counters even almost midnight.

Sauna was great!

Very modern and minimalist looking rooms, interestingly designed with wood, staff were great, cleaning staff were great. Close to transit, and many many food options in the area, all walkable. Only thing that threw me off were the amenities, you only get a toothbrush, and the usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Only little extra thing are like a body scrub towel. No razor, no shower cap, no lotions. The safe in the room is not electronic, and very small. Otherwise, a great clean and nice property

The room is overall cozy and comfortable but It is very weird that for a brand new hotel like this, there are no usb ports.......
The use of space inside the room is also not so efficient...

The room is clean, the service is kind, the breakfast is exquisite, and the bathhouse is small and beautiful. After I took my 3-year-old daughter to experience the women's bathhouse for the first time, I went to the outdoor terrace to eat an popsicle. She said with satisfaction that it was so comfortable to eat a popsicle!

Well located hotel. Near to subway and bus stops. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Ms Ueno leaves a very good impression as she assisted us with our needs. She is patient and understanding towards acceding our request of a quiet room as we are staying for 5 nights. Thankful to her that we have a restful and enjoyable stay.
The hotel has a public bath which is very good for winter season. A good soak after spending a long day out. Complimentary ice pops and coffee at the lounge is very much appreciated after the soak in the bath.
Will hope to return again to this hotel in the near future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Pros:
1) plenty of coin laundry
2) have public bath
3) tasteful decorations
4) has open air bath
Cons:
1) rooms are too small in fukuoka’s standard
2) not the hotel’s fault but should teach adequate bath manners
3) BIGGEST PROBLEM is no car parking

Very unique design and friendly staff. I booked a corner room which has an amazing view - combined with wooden interior and the phenomenal shower…definitely a good choice. The breakfast is delicious however has a somewhat odd selection of dishes.
