Lovely apartment in a great location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful super clean appartment. I will book again.

The appartment was beautiful, uncluttered, spacious, quiet and super clean. The decor was tasteful, minimalistic and neutral, perfect for de-stressing and relaxing. The double glazing was a great addition as it kept the noise out and the cold out without having to have the heating full on. All amenities were available, there was even a dishwasher!

I would have preferred there to be blinds or curtains on the windows in the main room like there was in the bedroom, especially at night. Also, I would have preferred the sofa to have been a little longer , a three seater rather than a two seater with sloping sides so it was more comfortable to lie on and watch the world go by.

Highly recommended, would book again!

Immaculately presented, great facilities, modern, great view of Lytham square, very clean, on the doorstep to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Nice touch was milk in the fridge, biscuits on the side, some coffee pods for the machine

The apartment was on the top floor, so lots of steps, the elderly in-laws struggled, most people wouldn't

Excellent, high spec apartment in a surprisingly vibrant little town.

Newly renovated building. All done to a very high standard. Spacious and comfortable apartment with high end appliances in the kitchen and bathroom fittings. Location was very convenient and parking was easy, safe and relatively cheap. Hosts provided tea, coffee and milk as well as a lovely pack of cookies, which was a nice touch. Great stay. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Providing a headboard would improve comfort in the bedroom. Perhaps soft furnishings at the windows might make the large space a little cosier particularly on colder evenings. Neither of these are a criticism, merely a suggested improvement.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The apartment was so beautifully decorated and really comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! The hosts made us feel really welcome and we had everything we needed. The location was great, right in the centre of Lytham St Anne’s, near to shops and restaurants but it was quiet and peaceful too.

We loved the layout of the apartment. It was bright and tastefully decorated with top quality furniture and fittings. Our host Dale was really helpful and enabled us to check in earlier as we had arrived sooner than expected. Excellent location, can't recommend it highly enough.

Brand new bright apartment. Very modern. Highly recommend it.

Location for this apartment was excellent for the local restaurants, shops and the sea.

It could be a struggle for some people climbing the stairs. But think of the positive - good exercise.

Gorgeous modern and comfortable apartment in fab location

Just a fabulous apartment. Beautiful decor, clean and spacious. Door coded entry, was met on arrival and shown round. Great big smart TV with all the usual streaming services, lovely open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. Excellently large shower and large separate bath, underfloor heating in bathroom if wanted. Very comfortable bed, quiet bedroom, peaceful and clean. Step out of front door and all the attractions of Lytham are right there in front of you, you are 5 mins walk from the station, 1 minute to bus stops. All round it's a superb place to say if visiting.

A truly wonderful Easter Weekend Spent in such a beautiful apartment...

Location was fantastic...Host's were fabulous, and the apartment was first class. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property.....could not fault a single aspect of our stay.
