Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. The boat & jet ski lifts are not for guest usage. This pool is heated from November to April. You can request pool / spa heat to be turned on from May - October for an additional fee.
