The location is excellent, with the beach and beach bars just a 10-minute walk away. From here, you can stroll along the beautiful seaside boardwalk to Marbella, reaching the town in about 30 minutes. An Aldi supermarket is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk, and the vibrant Puerto Banus is just a short 15-minute drive away. Explore the best of the Costa del Sol from our charming holiday home. For added peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a 24/7 security alarm.
Nearby motorway is audible in the garden, but it's easy to get used to. It is nice and quiet inside.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All the bedrooms are prepared with fresh linen and towels. There are two en-suite bedrooms: 1 with one double and an optional single bed, and 1 with three single beds. There are two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom and a triple bedroom behind the kitchen with a separate bathroom. Guests must be aware that this last bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms.
ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy lightning-fast 5G optic fiber internet, relax to your favorite tunes using the Bluetooth audio speaker, binge-watch your favorites on Netflix, and soak up the sun by the inviting pool. I am sure you will have fun!

This amazing holiday home is run by Lirios Village Marbella, a leading hospitality company offering high standard accommodation and excellent services, ranging from daily maid service, groceries shopping, airport transfers and a private chef (IG liriosvillagemarbella).
MAID SERVICE
Our high season direct bookings include free maid service every second day. It can be added to any other booking to make sure your holiday villa stays nice and clean throughout the whole stay. Make it a holiday for everyone! Daily cleaning is 65 EUR/day and it includes a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. A one-off cleaning can be arranged for 95 EUR and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We are happy to arrange airport transfer for your group. We usualy wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the villa or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Our fare is 17 EUR/person and a minimum 170 EUR fare per transfer applies.
PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the villa with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - check @chefivanduranmiguel and @liriosvillagemarbella to see photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to prepare. His special menu options start from 50 EUR/person.
PARKING
Guests can park free of charge on the street.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability.
2. Two sets of keys are provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
4. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Please, report them immediately.
Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the property.
7. The property is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
8. The gardener must be granted access to the property garden for maintenance and pool treatment.
9. The automatic irrigation system comes on every day early in the morning and if the gardener needs to check the pool, it is before 9 am without prior notice.
10. Standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent but additional 200 EUR cleaning fee applies if property is left excessicely dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
11. The property is located in a residential area and loud night parties are not allowed. Music must be kept low after 00:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
12. Close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
13. Pets are subject to approval and a 200 EUR peet fee.

Had a lovely girls weekend here, just 10minute walk from the boardwalk which you can walk into the centre of Marbella. Aldi is also a 10-15minute walk away. Really decent bedrooms and bathrooms, everything was clean and tidy.

The facilities and the location of the accommodation are as stated in the description and therefore very positive. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the accommodation was great, except for one small problem!
During our stay, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Marbella and would definitely come again.

The villa was spacious and well decorated. Nice garden and great pool area for the kids to hang out. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed our holiday very much.
There were some points of feedback. The noise from the road nearby is really loud, you should be aware of that. The cleaning could be better at some points, especially in the kitchen area. Some of the windows do not close well and also there was a room where there were no curtains. There were some issues with the electricity and I think they do not pay enough attention to the fire (safety) restrictions.

The villa was so amazing and was perfect for what me and my friends were looking for. Lots of space for us to hang around inside and outside and a perfect living area for us all to sit and chat. The rooms were perfect as well with lovely bathrooms and enough showers for us all. Only a 15 minute taxi drive to puerta banus which was amazing for the night life we wanted. The nearest beach was only just a 5-10 minute walk along the road where there was a beach club/ restaurant and then further along was a lovely beach cafe. Overall an amazing place

We were a party of 11 men, with varying expectations of a week in Marbella. The Property is just that bit too far to walk into Marbella as there is no direct way in. So Taxi's are required which cost around 12 euros each way. The villa itself is spacious and looks nicer on the inside than it does on the outside, Plenty of seating and sunbeds plus a lovely view over the 3rd green of the neighbouring golf course. The main Marbella dual carraigeway is also a main feature of the views but we found we got used to the noise relatively quickly. There is quite a lengthy and steep set of steps to access the villa which would make it rather difficult for those of limited mobility but once in the villa grounds its all on one level.
The villa has a lovely deep pool which we enjoyed and a reliable wi-fi which was also appreciated. We found that there were plenty of plates, pans, cutlery etc and it was nice that there were two fridges.
Communication was always easy with Eva who owns the property and she was very accomodating in sorting out airport transfers for us. Overall it was a very relaxing week in a nice villa. Played a bit of golf and taxied into Marbella each evening.
It aint the Ritz but we were all sad to go when we left. It certainly grew on us.

From the outset of dealing with Eva the service has been excellent. The property is well proportioned and well maintained.Any issues were dealt with promptly and i would recommend this property for both a group of golfers and families ,as there is 1 double bed and the rest singles.The garden and pool overlook Rio Real golf course with views of the sea also.You do need a car for shopping etc, and also be aware you have to walk up and down 39 steps , but you soon get used to it. If you need a taxi they arrive within minutes .Overall a lovely villa and excellent value , would highly recommend!

We were three sisters from Finland with our 6 teenage children and their 2 friends at the villa for one week at the beginning of March 2019. Villa had perfectly room for us and it was very clean and scenery to the golf field, city and the sea is wonderfull. Pool was of course a bit chilly this time of the year but the children and I did also swim there. Way to the bus stop is a bit challenging but especially with the rental car the location is good. Highway nearby is a bit noisy too but does not disturb too much and it’s fun to watch live golf. Owners of the villa are very helpfull and nice and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent villa with all the amenities you require.Easy access off the main A7.Nice old style Spanish feel about the villa and overlooks the stunning Rio Real golf course.Host Eva was very friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend for either a golf trip or a large family trip.

As a group of 15 we rented this villa for one week in June. Couldnt have been happier, villa was clean and very spacious. The pool area had plenty of seating and was also very clean. The villa was ideal for our group with plenty of bathrooms and mirrors (essential for a group of girls)
Would reccommend car rental as the villa is not within walking distance of any shops, I would also reccommend printing the directions to the villa provided by the hosts and giving a copy to all guests, it made getting taxis back from Marbella much more straight forward.

Jose and his partner Eva were absolutely
amazing and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. The property is great value for money. It super easy to get taxis to and from Puerto Banus which are about 20 euro each way. Also easy to get taxis to the local
Mall which has a super market and there is a taxi stand at the mall to make your way back (cost is about 12 euro each way). The motorway is quite close but you get use to the noise and can't hear it from inside the villa. We had an absolutely amazing stay, we just wish we had stayed longer!

First of all we stayed at the lowest season, early February. (The area was practically deserted)
The occasion was a company work meeting.
Eva (the wife of José Luis) was very responsive and helpful all the time. She helped organizing some wine and an on-site chef to cook us meals.
The flat is very spacious. The weather was not kind to us -- it was rather cold and rainy. Because of that we could not spend much time outdoors. Despite that we (15 people) easily fit in the living room. The flat and the garden was spotless clean as we arrived. The kitchen could use some minor fixing.
Regarding noise, well, the highway is very close, but it was not a big issue for us. If you’re used to sleep in silence bring some earplugs.
Renting a car was rather necessary, there were no shops nearby to buy supplies.
The price value was great, would definitely stay again.

A very spacious and modern property with plenty of space for a large family gathering. The garden and pool were kept immaculate by the gardener and there were plenty of chairs and tables outside to enjoy the good weather.
A lovely view over the sea and towards the mountains and although the close proximity of a busy road looked off putting initially it soon became something we grew used to. It certainly did not disrupt our enjoyment of the property.
The mosquitoes were a general nuisance in and around Marbella so do go prepared with insect repellant. Perhaps some plugs in the villa might be useful?
The owners could not have been more helpful with pre visit instructions and helpful,hints and supplied a cot and high chair as requested. No hesitation in replying to texts and emails too.
As we were at a family wedding our visits to restaurants were limited but we enjoyed tapas in Mijas and especially enjoyed a visit to Ronda.

Had a wonderful 9 nights at the villa with my family. There were 6 adults and 2 children and plenty more room for more guests! Pool was beautiful with fantastic views of the golf course!
The road is extremely near and a little noisy but you soon get used to it and it didn't ruine the holiday for us.
The hosts were so attentive and we're happy to help with any requests and questions we might have. Had a wonderful time!!

We stayed in this holiday villa with 10 members of our family. We had a wonderful time. The children loved the swimming pool en used it a lot. The motorway was noisy, but you get easily used to it. The house had everything we wished, 4 bathrooms, a large livingroom, different places in the garden with shadow (it was very sunny these days) and all the things we needed. The contact with Eva and José was perfect and they were very helpfull. Thank you José and Eva for a wunderful holiday!

There were 8 of us for my 40th b/day celebrations. We had a great time, golf was great and Peurta banus was even better.
Villa was everything we wanted and more.
Only downside is that you need a car or taxi to get to all the amenities ( supermarket ) etc.
Eva and Jose were very helpful and even helped us with some cheap car hire.
Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this villa for a hen do ... And it was perfect! The location was superb, despite the motorway being close by, we really didn't notice the noise. You'd definitely need a car if staying for more than a few days; but a taxi to old town Marbella was only €10 and to the bars/clubs it was only €18.
Communication between myself and José & Eva was fantastic, right from the start! They were so helpful, from recommending taxi transfer companies from the airport to directing us to local supermarkets.
The villa itself was lovely! So spacious and clean; it was perfect for 9 women!! The pool was fabulous albeit a bit chilly; but it is March!!
We all agreed that it was a fantastic villa and have all said we'd love to return - I've already passed on the details to a friend!

We had 5 days and nights at Villa Rio and wished we could have had more. Jose greeted us upon arrival (at 01:00) with a big smile and warm manner. From the outset he was accommodating, polite and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, which included him driving us to the local supermarkets himself.
As for the Villa, it is situated just off the main Autovia (dual carriageway), up on the hill. Although it overlooks the road, you soon get used to it and concentrate more on the view of the sea and south facing garden which allows Spanish sunshine all day. The gardens are well kept and the pool was big enough for all 8 of us to sit and relax comfortably. There is a BBQ and seating area which we used most evenings, overall a very relaxing area. Inside, there is a spacious living space which we found more than big enough for all of us to sit and relax. There are plenty of rooms available and nobody felt cramped or living on top of each other. The kitchen at the bck of the villa was enough for us to make breakfasts and snacks, however due to being all white needed regular wiping down. This wasn't a problem though as all cleaning utensils were readily available and it was all easy to clean.
As for getting around, a taxi into Marbella was between 10-12 euros and they arrived within 5 minutes. However, if you were looking at going further afield, i'd recommend hiring a car. The beach is a short 10 minute walk away and there are watersports and beach clubs available nearby.
Overall, a fantastic Villa close enough to Marbella to enjoy the town but a nice distance enough to be in the countryside. Spacious, clean and fantastic service. I look forward to having a reason to head down again soon!
