Four spacious bedrooms include 2 masters with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 king singles and the fourth bedroom with one king single bed (and one single trundle )
Decorated in minimalist furniture and colourful artwork, this enchanting home is also complete with a private courtyard and split system heating/AC.
*Note - The living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have been carpeted with luxurious woolen carpet since photos were taken.
Discreetly nestled in the blue-chip suburb of Elsternwick, this captivating residence harmoniously blends period charm with beautifully renovated spaces. Located between Elwood and Caulfield. Elsternwick offers an ideal setting for daytime or evening adventures, combining old-world charm with modern indulgence. Within a 200m walk, you'll find easy access to trains, trams, the Classic Cinema with its rooftop bar, and an abundance of restaurants, along with parklands perfect for a stroll or a quick kick of the footy. Plus, with the beach just an eight-minute drive away, this property places you at the heart of convenience, culture, and relaxation.
Digital Parking permit for one car. Plenty of free car parking close by if you have two cars. Please provide your car registration prior to arrival for the digital parking permit.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
