In the attic copious bedroom with window, spacious wardrobes and master bathroom, always with shower.
Spacious outdoor terrace, sea view, with table for outdoor dining and relaxation area.
The central location of the accommodation will offer the opportunity to visit on foot and in a few minutes several beaches, including Porto Faro, Acapulco and Sciumara.
The main peculiarity of the property is given by the wonderful outdoor terrace overlooking the La Maddalena Archipelago and the great privacy and freshness that is able to give the apartment, in order to spend peaceful and delicious holidays.

To know:
- €500,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
