My friend and I stayed for 4 nights at the Palmer Square 2 bdrm in mid-August. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very bright, and open. It felt quite spacious for the 2 of us. The location is fantastic, quite close to Mediterra, the Halo Pub, Mistral, Teresa's Cafe, and The Bent Spoon.
James, the host, was incredibly responsive to queries. For example, there was no colander in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen (I prepared French omelettes for breakfast, and we cooked a nice supper one evening), and because we had fruits and veggies from Terhune Orchards (near Princeton) to wash and pasta to drain, I asked James about it. Within just a few hours of my query, James left a brand-new, high-quality stainless steel over-the-sink colander at the property! Fantastic! James remarked that there had been a colander in the kitchen previously. Note to guests: please don't take stuff from VRBO properties.
I was initially concerned that the apartment would be on the warm side since it is on the second and third floors of the property, and we were in the midst of fairly hot temps in mid-August, but the central air conditioning was very efficient.
Overall, a very pleasant place to stay in Princeton. I'd definitely rent it again!

The property is located right in the heart of the city and is a 2 min walk to Palmer Square. The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and the home decor is also very modern and clean. The second washroom is quite tiny so be prepared for that as it only has a toilet and a small little sink. Overall, a great find and we were very happy and satisfied with our stay. The process to get into the property is also very easy and seamless.

Very clean and comfortable rental. Short walk to town and the university. Had everything we needed! The owner very easy to work with. Will stay here again!

First of all, I tried to cancel on the last day I could and the property manager said he could do nothing about it as VRBO controlled it. The apt is in a great location but it is a ver small place. I could not even use the second bathroom to wash my face as the sink was so small. There are also two sets of very vertical stairs so I. Order to get to the bathroom at night, you have to go down a very steep set of stairs. Parking was also very tight. Great location but really should only be for 2-3 people.
