The room was not stocked at all with silverware, dishes, etc. They also charge a $300 deposit, but it is buried in a lot of clicks, so you don't realize until you get there.

Travelers be warned, no room service unless you stay for four nights. My wife spilled coffee on the floor and had no other way to clean it up. Called room service, not allowed. So I used a towel to clean up the coffee and at the end of my two nights day, they charged me $50 for the towel. A towel that might cost around a couple of dollars. Receptionist at front desk was extremely rude, at times yelling at me with extremely loud voice. He tried to tell me that even though the towel is couple of dollars but the shipping and everything cost $50. That's insane . I couldn't do anything because they have my CC . I should have thrown the towel in the dumpster instead of leaving it there. I would love to post a picture of the towel. Will do at a later time.

Charge a security deposit yet the hotel needs a lot of renovations. Not goid business. Upgrade first then ask people to tie up money for a deposit.

I am picky and like clean. I had to use my own sheets and blanket and pillow cases. Floor wasn't clean. My socks turned dark gray. Other than that the space was nice and wide. No noise. Staff at the check out was kind and welcoming. Staff at the check in wasn't very helpful. I will come back next time and be more prepared.

Carpets not clean and were heavily stained in the upstairs loft and stairs, there were stains on couch. Floors were not cleaned. There was a burned out phone port that still had smoke damage to it. This property with its location could be great but isn’t taken care of.

Fraud place advertising as a hotel… the entire hotel has mosquito infestation which is unsafe. They ‘ll switch your suite to different rooms without confirmation. The rooms had broken/stuck door locks. The staff denied a refund request and never reverted on the email. Had to book another hotel on the same day.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a music fest. 10/10 would do again. I loved the studio aspect! And they have some pots and pans as well as plates! I was impressed. Coming from out of state, this was a nice stay!!

Room was okay! Service was not exactly great, considering their booking sites say something different than they are enforcing so consider that when booking. Room is cozy enough, a little run down but safe and good for the price we paid. Front desk attendant seemed annoyed by literally everything and didn’t respond to much conversation so keep that in mind also. Good for a quick one night trip; wouldn’t recommend long term

Where do I even begin. Half of everything was broken in the place. The place was extremely dirty. There was boogers on the wall toothpaste smeared on the doors. The mirrors had fingerprints all over it. There was a rat under the fridge. There was blood or poop stains on the floor and as far as the staff goes, the first guy seen when I checked in was a bit odd when I asked for towels and sheets, he didn’t want to give me any. The second guy I spoke to at the front desk was pretty cool. They’re charging way too high for the value of the place. It shows they have a pool, but the pool is covered. You couldn’t get in the door of the room it was broken half the time . AC in the room didn’t really work. The floors were very dirty. I had to wear my shoes the whole time.

Hotel was convenient in location for a show at Wolf Trap. The employees were very kind. Room was clean and comfortable. More trash cans and an extra blanket and pillow would be my only suggestions.

Large suite but no soap. Had to go to front desk and ask for it but had run out of bar soap so we're issued body wash instead. Just two towels. Swimming pool was covered though it was July and hot. Front desk personnel were very polite and helpful though.

The price I paid is similar to a 3 star hotel and what I received is a one star motel… I have previously stayed several days in this property but its level has dropped further… and the cleanliness is terrible.

This property is perfect when using the Metro and having a Walmart in walking distance was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical. The property is in need of some small repairs. The pool is not working. It was nice having the loft area as we had our grandkids with us. I would not stay there again unless I needed that extra room.

There was a miscommunication between hotels.com and the hotel but it was sorted out easily when the hotels.com help agent spoke to the front desk personnel. The desk person was apologetic and gor us right in! Overall the stay was nice, not overpriced, close to shops and the metro. I will definitely stay here again!

The gentleman working the front desk was very kind! We walked a short distance to our suite. It was comfortable for 1 night. There was only 1 washcloth, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath towels. I called the front desk but didn't get an answer. My friend walked to the front desk and was the wash cloths were being cleaned. We checked hours later and was told the same thing. The room could have been cleaned better. I picked hair and gum paper off the floor. When i went to take a shower, there was a roach on the wall. Paper towel holder but no paper towel. The dishes didn't appear to be very clean. The overall setup is nice.

A great value but quite run down and out dated. Marks on the walls, old frayed window shades, and someone else's hair in the fresh towels. The staff were nice and allowed us to checkout after one night of what was supposed to be a two night stay. We just didn't feel comfortable in the room. The bed was clean and the property was quiet.

We arrived in the late afternoon to the Wyndham. We got checked in but we were already feeling uneasy about this place. When we walk into the room, the sheets are dirty, the pillow cases have stains, it feels unsafe and disgusting. We immediately got out of there. We didn’t unpack or sit down for a second it was so awful. I expected a refund and never got one. I wasn’t expecting royal treatment, but what we got was unacceptable. It was a very busy weekend and we had a really hard time finding somewhere else to stay. Overall just an unfortunate experience I will never allow to happen again.

General stains throughout room, on almost all of the furniture. Shower floor did not feel safe to stand on. General small damages around the room. Loose, misplaced outlets, peeling wallpaper, bathroom door would not close because of damage. No linens for pullout couch, or enough towels, or pillows for five guests. Pool was also down for the weekend, with no listed repair timeframe, or reason for closure. Additionally, there was a surprise $400!!! Refundable room deposit fee. They were able to bring it down to $200, only after I asked them.
