We had a blast staying here for three nights! I only took away once star because there was hair in the shower when we arrived, but other than that, we were very pleased!

Beautiful suite- very well appointed. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was horrible- it was very dim over the sink which made it inconvenient for getting ready in the morning. Also room service failed to provide plates, utensils, napkins…

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were divine. The area wasn't great, but within just a couple of blocks walking you were by a very trendy area, and there was a very nice hotel across the street so I did feel safe. Morning breakfast was absolutely amazing with made to order omelettes, plenty of hot and cold selection. A very large sitting area with comfortable booths or tables. The only downside was a valet only parking, which was $30 plus the obligatory tip. I like to have access to my car and some thing I may have forgotten inside. The valet did explain where we may park for free, but it just wasn't reasonable. Overall, an excellent experience and I would stay here again, but just know you're on the hook for $30 more. And don't believe the ballet when he tells you it's already been tacked onto your bill. It wasn't.

The property is in a very convenient location for easy highway access, while being in a walkable area downtown with an abundance of restaurants nearby and local shopping. My family enjoyed the lavish breakfast options in the morning and my wife and I enjoyed the happy hour at the on site bar in the evening.

The location was good and room was clean. The housekeeping staff all were very friendly. The pool was too cold to swim, which was a let down for the kids. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t latch and we got ice cream from the little store that was half melted when we opened the package just a minute after we purchased it. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Embassy suite, it was very clean and new. The staff was very kind, the valet guys were very helpful with directions and suggestions. We could walk to the center within 5-7min, tried a few local breakfast places and it was amazing, a lot attention to bring local grown ingredients and organic. The restaurant at the roof top was really nice, beautiful views and delicious food, wasn't expecting such a quality, we were pleasantly surprised. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful! We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop bar with a view of the Smokey Mountains! The breakfast was exceptional (my made To order omelet was delicious) and comes free with your stay. Highly recommend!!

Amazing staff and facility. We had the most beautiful view of the smoky mountains from our room. Also enjoyed the amazing views from the rooftop restaurant. Complimentary drink upon check in and breakfast in the morning were added treats!

The hotel is newer. You can only use the elevators, which can be problematic during busy times. The hotel strongly encourages its valet parking, but this can be problematic when needing to leave at a certain time and many others are as well. The suite room was nice and good for a family. However, the bedroom was hot and would not cool below 73 degrees. Overall, the property was nice and close to downtown shops and restaurants.

Comfortable rooms although their low flush toilet meant it was almost unusable and we had to use the toilets on the ground floor. Nice happy hour with complimentary drinks at 5-7 each night. Outstanding views from the restaurant on the roof.
