We were in town for our son's wedding. The location of the property was within 10 minutes of the wedding venue. That was perfect! It was also in great vicinity to restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store - all within a 15-minute drive. The house itself was beautiful. Very modern and just as in the description, everything seemed new. The house had everything we needed to make a few days of stay more affordable for our large family. We also loved the keyless entry. The private pool was a huge hit. A couple of days prior to check-in, we received a link to a document that contained all the info we needed to know about the house. It was extremely informative and very helpful! It even included locations and types of restaurants and shopping nearby for our information. Additionally, we loved having space to not be on top of each other but to be able to spread out as needed.
As mentioned in the check-in documents, there was one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one detergent pod for the washer. If there were extra garbage bags, we couldn't locate them. We loved how much space we had and felt this was a much better option than getting hotel rooms.
It would have been nice if the check-in documents would have provided info on using the wireless entertainment system. As it was, one of our kids figured out how to connect a device to play it through the television/speakers. But instructions would have been helpful. Additionally, it would have been nice to have info on how to temporarily disarm the alarm system whenever someone went out to the backyard/pool area. It was constantly going off and was very annoying (but not a deal-breaker). Additionally, there were NO curtains so, at the crack of dawn, we were awakened by bright sunlight streaming through all of those beautiful windows. We decidedly did NOT like that. We were on vacation, after all, and did not want to be up very early every day. (Also not a deal-breaker.)
Our biggest issue was that we could not get the keyless door to lock from the outside. This is most likely more of a property management issue than anything else. The instructions we were given said to call customer service if we had any issues. I called multiple times and got voicemail every time. I left multiple messages. Each time, I would receive a text asking what the issue is. After letting them know about locking the door, we never heard anything back. EVERY TIME! We figured out to go out of the garage door and closed the garage on our way out, but that was the only way we were able to lock the doors so that we could all leave at the same time. I repeatedly contacted the service number when it was nearing the day that we were leaving. We never got a reply. So we locked the door from the inside and had one of our kids climb out the bathroom window, which we closed from the outside. About 2 hours AFTER the time that we were supposed to leave the premises, we got a response that someone would bring batteries for the keyless entry system and that would fix the issue. We were already on our way to the airport at that point. Needless to say, it was VERY frustrating.

We loved having the pool in the back and how spacious it was. We didn’t park inside the garage but it was perfect to store our beach items in that had sand on them. It was extremely clean and seemed to have everything we needed provided there.
There were a few ants in one of the upstairs bedrooms, the upstairs spare bathroom door does not shut all the way, the garage light button doesn’t work, the back door alarms every time you open it which wasn’t an issue for our stay but could be an issue if you have children that are sleeping. These things were minimal for our group but still wanted to provide the feedback. These things were the only reasons that I did not give the property a full 10/10.
