This 2 bedroom, North facing ground floor unit sits just across from the beautiful Maroochy River. Sit out on the front patio and soak in the morning sun or spend the evening relaxing on the outdoor sofa watching the sunset across the river.
This gorgeous home is the perfect getaway for your next holiday & its central location makes it easy for you to get around. Only 6 mins from the Sunshine Coast Airport & 5 mins from local beaches, exploring is a breeze

The Space:
The River Lodge on Bradman is situated in a residential block of 6 units conveniently located across the main road from the beautiful Maroochy River.

Outside on the front patio there is a comfy outdoor setting to sit and relax with friends or family.

Inside, in the front half of the unit there is a living room complete with a split system air conditioner, two large sofas and a smart TV with Netflix available (log in with your own log in and password).

The dining room can comfortably seat 4 with 2 extra bar stools at the kitchen bench if guests wish to spread out.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, jug, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher for your convenience and enjoyment. It also has everything needed to cook a meal at home when you've had a big day enjoying the water and just want to relax at home for the evening.

Head down the hallway to the back half of the unit to find bedroom 1 Equipped with a luxurious King Sized bed & bedroom 2 equipped with 2 x large King Single beds Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a separate toilet, bathroom with bath and shower and a laundry.

The laundry is situated behind sliding doors and comes equipped with a washing machine, washing baskets, pegs, iron, & ironing board. There is a drying rack available or communal washing lines in the back grassed section of the block. Basic cleaning equipment such as a vacuum & mop are also provided.

If you feel like just relaxing at home there are a variety of board games for a couple of hours of in house entertainment.

Our property offers easy access to serene walks along the esplanade, perfect spots for fishing, and a front-row view of boats and the sea plane landing. While you may notice some traffic noise, the prime location ensures you’re always close to nature’s beauty, making it an ideal base for a relaxing stay.

Guest Access:
You will have full use of the unit & garage for the entirety of your stay.
The garage has a roller door with latch for securing your vehicle. A small- medium car will fit fine. Large cars such as a ute still fit but it is tight.

The Neighborhood:
Set on the ground floor in a quiet block of 6 residential units looking out across to the Maroochy River. Pop across the street to enjoy a walk along the esplanade, head down to Swan's Boat hire where you can hire an abundance of water craft including paddleboards, kayaks & boats or make your way across to Chambers Island for a swim or a fish while the kids entertain themselves on the play ground. When you have finished exploring by sea and land make your way down to Paradise Sea Planes and book in a tour of the Sunshine Coast from the sky.

If you are visiting on a Sunday then why not head down to the local Fisherman's Road Sunday Markets where you can enjoy breaky with a freshly brewed coffee, buy some fresh produce to take home or find something special for yourself among the 128 stalls available.

Getting Around:
The River Lodge on Bradman is centrally located making it easy to explore. Only 5 minutes and you are on the highway. Make your way north to explore all Noosa has to offer, head east to the beautiful beaches, travel west to the stunning Sunshine Coast Hinterland or make your way south towards Mooloolaba or Caloundra.

The property offers one undercover garage with a roller door for guests and 3 visitor car parks at the rear of the driveway. In addition to this there is ample parking across the street on the esplanande.

Several amenities are in walking distance (15 mins) including an IGA, The Maroochy Waters Hotel, doctors & pharmacy. There is a bus stop just meters down the road on the river side if needing to travel further without a car.

Other Things to Note:
The property is located on a main road and at times there is heavy traffic and traffic noise. The bedrooms are located at the back of the property at the furtherest point away from the road.

All beds will be made prior to your arrival and clean towels will be provided for all guests.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & toilet rolls to get you started are all provided.

Dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, tea, coffee, sugar,& long life milk are also available to get you started.
