Vriendelijke medewerkster

Schoon en vriendelijke medewerkster. Goede bakker luchroom om de hoek.

Ligging was half tussen auto dealers en andere industrie. 2e bed was erg klein.

Would not stay at any of their hotels again

Location was ok

No water was unavailable at the hotel until 7pm. We’re not informed about that until we had checked in. The room had poo in the toilet and we told reception. In our way out. She said she would look into it. When we arrived back she gave us another room Dayi g that it had not been serviced. No compensation was offered ie free breakfast etc

They should clean up the rug Or instead change it. They have to do something with the bathroom shower.

The room I occupied was not what I expected. The rug wasn’t didn’t have a good odor, it smells like urine, the bathroom was that good, the water reduction was too small for an adult to take a meaningful shower. Air conditioner was excellent,you can set it as you want.

Everything good, tea and coffee facilities in room, food at hotel was excellent, staff were exceptional as we don't speak much French, the girl at the bar called a colleague who spoke good English

Uncomfortable stay !

the bed was uncomfortable really uncomfortable!! the Lenin was dirty with some hair on It . you have to drink water from the bathroom tab . The Air condition was not working !!!! terrible !!!

Although a 3 star rated hotel, I would put it at the lower end. Functional for one-night stay.

The hotel is located outside of Montauban - you need to drive to get to the town centre. There is secure parking and a bar/ restaurant attached with a nice menu and friendly staff.

The room although large was basic. No waste bin in room (only in bathroom). Intermittent change of temperature in shower. Very poor wifi reception and basic TV.

Unreliable booking system was unhelpful when I as a mobility challenged senior could not access .

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

.y booking was not on systems did not have room but I did pay for an unreserved room! No one was available to help meand on the morning the lay on reception could not answer was most unhelpful

Locked out of hotel

The staff were pleasant and the breakfast simple but satisfactory.

I returned to the hotel after driving to and from an appointment 4 hours away and found the key card would not open the door to the hotel ( no reception staff on site after 9.30pm) . Far too tired to contemplate calling and explaining in my poor french what was happening- I slept in my car until staff arrived in morning. I politely requested a refund but so far this has not been forthcoming . Next time perhaps I shouldn’t be so nice about it . Life lesson don’t be Mrs Nice all the time - you get seen off .

Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

.My pre-booking was not registered on their system so I could not even entet the hotel and even if I had there was no-one to speak to. I had to rebook a room to gain access.All this in the middle of a thunder storm!
