It had it all. Definitely recommend

We had an amazing time at the house! It was clean, cozy, and jist what we needed for a quick trip to MT! Overall great experience.

The place itself is fairly nice and we enjoyed our stay overall…lost power for about an hour and didn’t hear back until the next day but think likely didn’t notify right person when happened… also requested to shorten stay by a day but didn’t hear back for 2 weeks so called and spoke with customer service and they were able to help

Had a nice stay. However, bring your own coffee, sugar, creamer, tea, anything along these lines because the home is not set up with any hospitality offers.
The master bedroom has a bathroom but the 2nd bedroom is in the back of the home and the bathroom for that room is all the way in the front beside the master bedroom.
The second room is very small.
However, the home is very clean and stocked with towels and wash cloths.

Property was very functional for family of 3 with dog. The one downside was that bathroom faucet leaked badly and no repairman was available for the 5 days we were there. Otherwise it woud have been 5 stars

Very nice. Just be careful so you don’t trip on the lip of the front porch

We had a great stay and a great place to stay!

Clean and Roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Unfortunately the upstairs renters made their presence known a little too oftenl. Some insulation, especially on the stairway might help. The metal edging along the front sidewald is a trip hazard. We enjoyed the decor, the ease of check-in and check-out. Livingston is a great place to stay.

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. We have two rentals ourselves, so know a thing or two about short term rentals. The “Chefs’ Kitchen” is a fantastic space yet lacked proper cookware and enough place settings for a party of 5. The property has great potential but as mentioned by other guests, the upstairs apartment is rather intrusive to both parties. Not enough sound proofing!! Communication with the host could have been better too.

The small bathroom toilet won’t stop running and the front left burner on the stove won’t lite.

we didn't realize there were people upstairs. The place was super clean. Loved the extra blankets. I would come back with more people next time.

Four friends in town for outdoor adventures. Kitchen was great for making meals for the group. Bedrooms were spacious and showers were hot! Everything we needed. We requested an hour early checkin which the manager accommodated, only snafu was the cleaning person wasn’t finished until 2.5 hours later. She was nice and apologetic, just delayed us settling in after a long flight. Would definitely recommend the property.

It was clean but would be better if it did NOT have a rental above. I think it should be made more clearly that this is the case. For some reason, I overlooked that part.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Although it wasn’t ready at check in time. We were able to drop our bags and visit with family in the area until it was ready. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for our needs.

Property worked great for needs. While it wasn’t ready at check in time we were able to drop our bags and meet up with family until it was ready for us. Clean and comfortable, everything as listed online.
