We enjoyed our stay and can recommend!

I really like the place, apartment is modern, it has really nice terrace with all the equipment inside and ex. on the terrace you can wish for. We really had everything, you have own keys of your room, the bathroom is nice, modern, inside even some shampoos, sun's creams you can use, there is iron, hairdryer... like the quality for the price is really good and me personally I dont mind sharing the living room and other space with others because we were outside almost whole day and I had a feeling here it was nice and clean in the important places :)

I feel like maybe some parties were happening or maybe smthg like that because the upholstery wasn't cleaned properly (like by professionals) in a long time and considering especially in the terrace were booster seats, there were stains which I really dont like. Better without the booster seat - just sitting on the wood, then stains whose you dont know where they come from, same for the couch and I would not sit there without a blanket and I am sure some people wouldn't even touch it. That is the only thing I would really consider to get clean somehow properly if I was the owner.

דירה מאוד נוחה בחדר מרפסת בסלון גם עם נוף לים המטבח מאובזר היטב יש מגהץ אפילו פן לשיער מתאים למשפחה או כמה זוגות חברים ממליץ בחום

הערה קטנה לשיפור זה יכול לקרות בכל מקום המזגן מרעיש מאוד בחדר

Pigus, vienai nakčiai ok

Nebrangus, su vaizdu iš toli į jūrą. Buvo butiniausi baldai, buitinė technika ir priemonės pasigaminti maistą patiems.

Tai kad nežinojau, kad tai yra parastas trijų kambarių butas padalintas į tris atskirus butus, bet visi naudojasi bendrais patogumais, dušas ir tualetas visiems vienas ir virtuvė bendra. Tad kai gyvena daugiau moterų, tenka laukti eilėje 🙂

It’s a nice place and a good area to stay ,

The apartment was a good location and nice sea view from the balcony.and the airport bus is very close to the building. It was amazing.

Really worthy for the price

I enjoy my time at Carisa Holiday. You have everything you need in the flat. Very close to the sea and restaurants. Very good bakery five minutes walking. The staff was very kind, and they cleaned every day.

Trudny 1 dniowy nocleg

Lokalizacja Balkon i widok na morze, wyposażona kuchnia.

Nie jasne ogłoszenie o wspólnej łazience i kuchni Trzeszczące drzwi od wszystkiego , cienkie ściany. Hałas słychać z każdej strony. Stopery do uszów jedyna szansa. 😞 Stara zniszczona klimatyzacja. Wspólna kuchnia i łazienki. Dowolny godzinowo dostęp współlokatorów. Nieprzespana noc Nocleg dla grupy znajomych lub studentów rządnych przygód.

Very good place

I highly recommend this place. The communication with the owners was very good. I asked for the possibility of arriving a bit earlier, and it was not a problem for them. I met with the owners in person at the building, and they were very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything – from cleaning supplies to cooking utensils, a cocker, iron, and clothes dryer – everything needed for living. A spacious balcony where you can relax. Very good location – close to the sea and the bus stop from which buses depart to the airport.

Perfect for being close to the beach (walking) & the city and having a fun nightlife closeby.

Great sea-view from the balcony. The shared space (livingroom, balcony, etc.) offers enough room to spend a comfortable time 'at home'. There is enough space in the wardrobe to store your belongings.

Wonderful view

The whole apartment is very beautiful. You have everything you need in it, but the cherry on the top of the cake is the balcony. It's just perfect to watch the sunrise with a 10/10 view on the beach. All rooms are having working ACs. I wish we could stay some more here but unfortunately our trip had to end. If we will ever come back to Larnaca, we know for sure where we will stay.

Horrible place

Nothing was horrible

The stuff didn't know English and the air-conditioning in the living room wasn't working so it was extremely warm I couldn't enjoy myself from the heat

OK for one night but would not book again due to just one common bathroom for 3 rooms and noise.

Very good ambiance, good cleanliness, convenient location.

One bathroom is not enough for 3 rooms with couples, so we had to wait for each other to finish and there was noise from the other rooms.

Extremely dirty. Avoid

The property was extremely dirty with bugs on the wall of the room. the other guest had the common places in a very bad state and the bedsheets were not cleaned which resulted in both of us been itchy throughout the night
