Alba and Tramonto are two apartments located inside a small condominium facing the sea, at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Viale Italia in the Pratoranieri district.
The location is extraordinary, as from these two apartments, located on the ground floor, the sea can be reached simply by crossing the pedestrian street. Here you will find both free beaches and bathing establishments. However, there is no shortage of the convenience of being able to easily access all the services. Nearby, the Palazzi Rossi district hosts a supermarket, a bazaar, a pharmacy, tobacconists and more, ensuring that your every need is met just a few steps from home. Furthermore, with a few minutes' walk on the Italia seafront you can reach the city center, with its shops, bars and restaurants.
Alba is a delightful apartment with a fantastic seafront location, on the ground floor of a small building, with an independent entrance and a balcony equipped to enjoy your meals outdoors.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with the addition of a single bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.
