The perfect kid friendly place to stay! The host has done a great job of thinking of all the little details for staying with kids and we loved it! We will definitely be back if we ever need a place to stay near Provo :)

My family and I needed a place to stay that would accommodate 7 of us and our dogs. This place was perfect and was appropriately priced! Gave us more space to move around, helpful to have a full working kitchen and two bathrooms as well. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment. I would stay there again. The host also addressed any concerns throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at the property! The location was perfect - peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable. Communication with our Host was excellent; they were friendly and responsive. Our experience exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!"

I was a little worried about staying in a basement apartment but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The owner's directions were very clear and accurate. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. It did not feel like a basement. Check in and check out was very easy.

We had a girls retreat, and this place was absolutely perfect. It was clean and spacious, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We would love to come back.

it was cold and we could not control our heat. not enough wash rags. no instructions on how to work tv. the toilet seat had a crack in it. i got several cuts from it and so did the person that i shared the bathroom with, we had to put a wash rag over it so we could pee. we had to put a blanket over the window in the master bedroom so we could have privacy, no instructions on how to leave the place.

Thank you so much to our hosts! I would stay again anytime I am visiting Utah. Property was super clean, spacious, in a very convenient location, and hosts are the nicest people. It was really a lovely experience!

Very nice basement property. Great communication, easy check in. The area is new construction. It was just my wife and I however the place has plenty of beds for a large family.

We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.

This property was great for our Christmas stay while visiting our grown children’s families. They even provided a decorative Christmas tree for the week. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring or summer.

Could not ask for a better place to stay in Orem. Huge windows made it hard to believe we were staying in a basement, home was clean and cozy with every amenity we needed. Location is awesome, with easy access to shopping, universities, and the freeway. We will absolutely be making this our first choice when visiting the Orem/Provo area!

Everything in the home was exactly as described. My family was very comfortable. Carole was an awesome host! Responsive and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay in her lovely home, the service, prompt communication. We’ll definitely book our stay with her again on our next visit.

One of the best homes we’ve stayed at! Beds were so comfortable. Everyone slept well. Appreciated being able to stay for just one night to break up our drive to Idaho. My boys enjoyed all the games they had available. Tastefully decorated and cozy atmosphere.

This is a new basement apartment and there are steep stairs down to the entrance. The outdoor landscaping is still ongoing. It’s beautifully furnished with a modern decor. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is new with everything you need. Spotlessly clean!! There are lots of games and large TV. We’d like to come again when we have more time!
