What an amazing stay we had in this unit! It was clean, updated, and so beautiful, just like the pictures! What made this special was all the extra touches, we’ve stayed in many units where we had to run to the store for every little thing, but that was not the case here, they think of everything so you can focus on your trip.

We were 3 couples, over 65, coming from surrounding states to meet up for a friends reunion. While this property has a well-supplied kitchen, we chose to eat most meals out and used the owner's book of recommendations for inspiration.
We sat around the large kitchen table and caught up over supplied coffee and bagged snacks.
The location is great for driving to so many places but also in a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks and a picnic shelter.
Having 3 bedrooms with their own bath was the clincher to choose Happiness Too for each couple to have their privacy and the beds are so comfortable.

Great location! Safe, very clean with nice towels and linens. King size beds too. Wonderful host with easy check in. Very responsive, Sleeps 8 including the pull out sofa which we didn’t need. Everything was very comfortable and easy access to IU. We will stay here again!

Extended college tour visit with two teenagers.Dennis answered my questions in a timely manner. Vey clean house. Loved the extra space the house offered. Close to everything, but far enough to relax. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

We came from Chicago for the total solar eclipse. The house was very clean and so cute! It came stocked with coffee and snacks, which was so thoughtful since we have 3 kids. The host was quick to respond and easy to work with. We loved it and highly recommend to anyone!

We went to Bloomington for a mom's weekend for my son's fraternity. I have stayed in my share of VRBO's but this one tops the list! The home is in an upscale neighborhood, which felt very safe and it was quiet at night. We were able to park our car right in front of the house with no issues. The location was less than 10 minutes from my son's apartment which worked out great. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with all of the amenities one would need for a weekend away. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet, with full length mirror for a dressing area. My friend and I had a wonderful weekend!! This house added to the ease of the weekend by making it perfect!! Thank you for our wonderful stay. I highly recommend this townhome.

We recently returned from a weekend at IU, visiting our two kids who are students there. Opting for a house over a hotel allows us to spend quality time together, share meals, and provides our kids a break from their usual living arrangements at the sorority house and apartment.
"Hoosier Happiness" proved to be an excellent selection. Its location near College Mall meant we were just a short drive from IU, Fresh Thyme supermarket, and a variety of other dining and shopping options. The townhouse lived up to its online description - it was comfortable, modern, spacious enough for a family and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room boasted a nice TV - everything we could possibly need. The thoughtful touches like luxurious towels and bathroom amenities added to our comfort. Communicating with the property owner, Dennis, was a highlight; he was exceptionally welcoming and prompt in his responses. We will definitely stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay at Hoosier Happiness Too. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent is fully stocked so we didn’t have to bring any of that for our short stay. My sisters family and my family stayed here and it was nice to have two en-suites for the adults and a big basement for the 4 kids to sleep. We highly recommend!

This property was wonderful in every way. We hit town for a football weekend and found Hoosier Happiness Too the perfect place to stay. Communication with Dennis was very easy and always helpful. We especially appreciated that each of the 3 couples who went had our own suite including private bathroom. Every need we may have needed addressed was met. We will definitely be back!

If you are a parent, sister, brother or any other family member of an IU student this is the perfect place to stay while you help them get settled for the new school year. Close to all shopping amenities, university and restaurants, the convenient factor is unbeatable! Yet you’re far away enough from the chaos so you can relax in a comfortable setting with all the amenities. The communication with the property manager was fantastic as we navigated a small problem with the alarm. We’d definitely come back but book early!

Hoosier Happiness Too is a beautiful townhome, very clean and welcoming. The pics do not do it justice. Anything you may made need for travel, is supplied for you. So no worries on forgetting any toiletries or items for the kitchen. There was even a welcoming baskets of snacks awaiting our arrival. Dennis, the owner, was awesome, very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. Definitely a place we would love to stay again. You will love it too!!!

The property was clean and welcoming. There were a number of incidentals that added a nice touch including soap, shampoo, conditioner, sound machines, coffee, and creamer. The decor was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with glassware and dishes. We will definitely come back.

This was an amazing property. It was spotless and Dennis and Cole have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They have truly gone above and beyond! It is roomy and there truly are three suites. My family and I traveled from points East and South to converge in Bloomington for my older sister’s funeral. I had done quite a bit of research before choosing the Hoosier Happiness Too. It was worth every minute. This was absolutely perfect! There were enough bathrooms to ensure that the 4 women on the trip (I was one of them!) were able to get dressed quickly and stay on time, lol. It was exactly what our tender hearts we needed for a worry-free stay. If you are traveling with a small group, look no further! Stay at the Hoosier Happiness Too!
