We will definitely stay here again if we are in cookeville! It was the perfect location and the photos did not do it justice. The host was great and easy to communicate with!

Convenient location 5 miles from the interstate and lots of places to eat. But located in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. House was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Zero complaints.

We had Thanksgiving with my daughter and her family. The house is roomy and open. The kitchen was more than enough to fix a big meal. Nice neighborhood, too. Loved our stay. Would have given it six stars if I could.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was so clean, had so many accommodations, and was so beautiful! We really enjoyed the screened in back porch and the kitchen! And it's so close to Cookeville it was so easy to go get what we needed. Very convenient! But you don't notice how close you are at the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, you don't hear the noise of the city at all or even the neighbors. We will definitely be back!

I fell in love with the place by the pictures online and it did not disappoint. Tucked back into a beautiful neighborhood on a huge lot. It was a joy to drive to. The check-in process was easy. The host was always very communicative. The house was pristine. And the attention to detail was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. She had a basket of chips and candy on the counter and coffee with all of the add ins. They even stocked the refrigerator with some eggs and butter, and had all of the spices and seasonings that you would want to prepare a meal. The dishes were ones you would actually use in your own kitchen, not some cheap things used to fulfill the requirement. The kitchen was a very inviting place. Two tables gave plenty of room to eat. Not having to buy all of the small extras was a real bonus. The beds were comfortable with very nice sheets and comforters and extra blankets. The towels were lush, hotel quality. There was soap and shampoo and conditioner, as well as blow dryers and other small items that just made you feel like you were at home, but without any extra clutter. TVs in the front room, and the master bedroom included Netflix and I think Amazon prime as well. We were very comfortable settling in on the reclining couch and chairs to watch movies in the evenings. Breakfast was out in the gazebo on the front lawn overlooking beautiful surroundings. The shower was strong and hot and I even took time to take a bath after a long day of hiking.
