Could not have been a better rental. House was fantastic with great view, lots of room for everyone and plenty of amenities. Steep stairs to community beach but lots of drivable and accessible beaches close and heated pool across the street from house.

We loved this house and would definitely book it again! There is so much space to spread out with three living areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The home is well appointed with some amenities we haven't see elsewhere such as spices and plastic wrap/baggies. Nice touch! The views are incredible and the decks are a lovely place to spend most of the time! Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable for our large group (10 people). The house is well situated in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from the community pool, near the community park and a 5-10 minute walk down to the beach. It has expansive ocean views from the upper two floors, and the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for large gatherings. Fell asleep each night to the sound of waves through an open window. Enough parking in the driveway for three vehicles. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house the perfect beach home for the weekend. So much open space in living room area! Everything was clean and felt very warm and welcoming. The deck and the lights really made watching the sunsets an awesome experience! Would absolutely recommend!

We loved this house and had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday. The house was so comfortable & we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean was pretty and we even got to see some whales! We all agreed we want to plan another trip back to The Bellevue.

Well appointed clean home with multiple activity/gathering areas and a large kitchen prep/dining area.
Close proximity to switchback stairs or short drive to beach, community pool across the street, a short walk to community park where we played byo volleyball/croquet/ladderball, and a short drive to bay crabbing + rentals.
Great family fun.

Our family had a wonderful 7 days in Lincoln City. The house is gorgeous and so are the views and amenities. The house was spotless when we arrived, with many little touches: a basket full of beach towels, plentiful lap blankets for chilly mornings and nights, sand toys for kiddos to name a few. We were very pleased and will be excited to rent again

The Bellevue beach house was perfect for our family of 9 with 2 grandparents, 5 adults, and 2 kids. We visit Lincoln City every year and this is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in given its layout, view and location.
We loved that the house has 3 levels giving us plenty of elbow room while gathering in the large kitchen/dining area for meals. There is TV and seating at each level creating a feeling of 3 separate living spaces. Kids can play games on one level while grandparents watch TV in another. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our meals and kept everyone well fed and happy. There is also a BBQ to grill up steaks and veggies for a great meal.
We played games and puzzles between meals, enjoyed the sunset, and walked around the neighborhood waving to friendly neighbors everyday. The view at the house was amazing and one of our favorites in Lincoln City. Our entire family enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and the heated pool almost daily. Location is great too with the outlet and grocery stores just a short drive away.
The stairs from Olivia Beach to the beach is great exercise but can be a bit much for the grandparents. We drove down to the flat entrance less than 5 mins away a couple times and had no issue finding parking there. (Tip: Go earlier in the day as the little parking lots do fill up) We made good use of the beach chairs and sand toys provided by the host in the garage for hours of fun on the beach.
July 4th was our highlight with a perfect sunset followed by watching fireworks from the front porch. My kids said it reminded them of Disneyland!
Above all, Jake is an extremely responsive host throughout our stay. We appreciated the detailed instructions including maps and all. Check in and out were self served and super easy. The washer had a known issue prior to our stay and Jake communicated the work around proactively. We left an item at the house and Jake’s housekeepers put it in the mail for us the next day. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, Jake! We couldn’t ask for a better place for our family vacation. Hope to return again soon!

This location was great, the Ocean view was fantastic, the hottub and fire pit were amazing to enjoy a fire or a soak and look at the stars. The community it is in is adorable and the heated salt water pool was a lot of fun for the kids. The place also had everything you needed from extra towels to plenty of dishware for everyone not just adults! 10/10 would stay again.

The Bellevue was perfect for our 8-day Oregon coast vacation (mum, dad, gma, & three 22 yr olds). The ocean view is incredible: we spent hours on the porch, sipping morning coffee and evening cocktails, reading, or just watching the waves. We cooked and ate most of meals in the house, so we were thankful that the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for easy prep & serving. The furnishings are comfortable with a warm, beachy vibe. The community pool was 86 degrees – perfect for swims on brisk September days, followed by hot tub soaks back at the house. We played lots of games each evening, sometimes curling up on the comfy sectional afterward to enjoy a movie together.
We mostly drove to the nearby beach access points (the story of Joe the Sea Lion at one access is so poignant!); convenient parking was always available. We walked several miles of Lincoln City's public beaches, and loved watching the harbor seals and pelicans at Siletz Bay (Mo’s serves decent fish & chips & clam chowder bread bowls, while offering great views of the harbor seals fishing).
LC was a perfect midpoint for us to experience a good swath of the Oregon coast. To the south, we had a blast riding ATVs in Florence's sand dunes and beach (highly recommend Torex rentals), enjoyed Cobble Beach’s “singing rocks” and plentiful marine wildlife at Yaquina Head, and scenic walks at several coastal viewpoints (Devil’s Punch Bowl, Whale Cove, Boiler Bay). To the north, we enjoyed the quaint shops and a beach walk by Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach, followed by a quick foray into Seaside.
Jake is an excellent communicator, answering questions ahead of booking, sending a thorough check-in/orientation email, and emails after arrival to ensure we were settled & before check-out to see if we needed help.
We were lucky to experience a great weather mix: a few days of calm, warm sunshine, 1.5 days of rain & storm (loved watching the lightning over the ocean from the comfort of the house!), followed by cooler, windy sun with big waves crashing along the beach. The check-out process is slightly more rigorous than some, but we were happy to comply given the generous comforts (we appreciated the extras like beach chairs & towels & books & blankets … & that kitchen!), and we left a few things to "pay it forward" (one being a puzzle with all pieces :).
Hot tip from a friendly neighbor: $4.95 breakfast special at the Dory Cove! Thanks for the lovely stay - we hope to return again.

This house was a great home for our multi age family to rent. The location of being across the street from the pool, down the street from not one but two beach access points were major bonuses as well. This is a nice home, well stocked, with great views in a super cute and family friendly neighborhood. Jake was easy to work with and fast to respond. We would definitely recommend staying at this property to others and hope to return ourselves.

Third fantastic stay for our family at The Bellevue, first under new ownership, with no blips in satisfaction or service. Best views, best accommodations, very responsive owner. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and beachy furnishings, even providing cozy blankets to keep you warm while sipping morning coffee in your rocker on the deck while watching for whales. Our family loved our stay. This property will remain our first choice for future stays in Olivia Beach.

The view is amazing. We enjoyed the place very much. The pool was closed, which was a bummer for the kids. It is right across the street and would have been very fun.
We drove to the beach every time we went. There was plenty of parking…so that was nice. We had great weather.
They are very prepared for kids. They had packnplay and a double bob stroller in the garage. Even a high chair and changing table if needed. They also have sand toys.
The owner is a little strict about what you can cook there(no shell fish). Also the cleaning checkout procedures were a little more involved than other places I have stayed at in the past. Nonetheless it was an enjoyable few days.

The home was beautiful and we all had a wonderful stay. Breathtaking views and all the conveniences of home! Our only suggestion would be to provide additional towels/washcloths (one per person doesn’t work well).

Our 1st trip to Lincoln City. We were blown away by the sweeping views, and general high-end feel of the house.
While there was some disconnect n bedroom layout based off photos and description we were sent after bookinh, the house is lovely and spacious nonetheless. A great fit or those who need extra space to work remotely.
Ideally set up for 2 couples (more with the additional bedroom) common spaces abound, super kid-friendly, fully-stocked chef's kitchen that makes cooking fun, and a central yet quiet location reinforce what a wonderful property this is.
Highly recommend, hard to fine kod-friendly properties that feel this luxurious.

I reserved the Bellevue for a midweek retreat for family including my husband & myself & my sisters family of 7 with kids ranging from age 1-11.
Arrival was great. Check in was extremely easy as we received the homeowner Jake’s very detailed check in email the morning of our reservation.
The third floor included a perfect set up for all the children & the additional television & living area was great to set the kids up with a movie while the adults relaxed & enjoyed some quiet time playing cards & board games in the evenings.
Each room was well equipped with all you could need, though being a pillow lover I did have to forage for a few extra pillows from the children’s room.
Kitchen was stocked with every appliance you could possibly ask for and the grill was in good condition & had propane left in the tank which I find most rentals are always empty. With the covid & many mouths to feed my sister & I did plan ahead & packed most of the food that we needed for the trip prior to coming out to prevent multiple trips to the store. Only note I have regarding the kitchen; because there are so many different kitchen gadgets we found it hard to pack away the things that didn’t require refrigeration. Not a huge or terrible problem to have & most wouldn’t be packing for so many mouths so not a real negative but something to think about.
Game room χldren’s items that were provided were well used & appreciated. High chair, baby gates and pack’n’play were very useful. Of course with most kids, their input said they wished there were more toys and the puzzles did have a few pieces missing.
Beach access directions were good and easy to follow but walking directions were a little tiresome for the kiddos so driving was a good choice. If you want a good way to wear the kids out definitely walk & take the stairs to the beach.
Final notes and only reason the property did not receive five star review across the board. We had hoped to use the pool but unfortunately didn’t get the note that it was still closed until after the booking. Note a huge deal but so long as the pool is closed for covid I would recommend updating the listing. Hot tub & fire pit were great features & were used each night by our party. The outdoor space was great but landscaping was an issue and had several VERY large weeds growing to include thistles and other sharp bushes that aren’t good when you have kiddos & bare feet. Landscaper needed to really make the space fully usable.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Bellevue. Plenty of space for everyone to have some alone time, as well as a perfect gathering spot around the kitchen table. We enjoyed playing games together, and the boys each had their own tv to watch their favorite shows when they wanted some chill time. Gorgeous view of the Pacific ocean! S'mores around the firepit, then relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this incredible place!

Very stormy week with three hiking days which is our favorite event to do. Again the owners are spot on with respect to getting a hold of if a problem arises. Very equipped home with all that is needed to enjoy the surf.

Great place for multiple families! Great layout and you can't beat that view from multiple levels. Jake was so easy to work with and quickly responded to any of our needs no matter how minor. Definitely will come back!

We enjoyed the house a lot. The furniture was a little dingy and the windows needed a good cleaning but other than that the house was great.

We were looking to avoid COVID for Halloween and booked this Olivia Beach house for 4 nights. The house is three floors which was massive for the 5 of us but gave us ample room to spread out (unlike being stuck at home). Huge wraparound decks, elevated view of the ocean, short walk to the beach. The owners are very thorough, thoughtful and strong communicators. That was appreciated. Most appreciated was the house was clean and pet free. Many places we rent at the coast are worn and dirty from the beach sand but this place was in really great shape. Loved the hot tub each day and look forward to coming back in the spring when the pool is open. We used the community playground/park each day which was fun for family activities.
