We won't be returning

The villa was in a wonderful location - very near the beach. It was also very spacious with impressive high ceilings. The pool was lovely and clean.

We were literally deceived by the owner into believing that there were six bedrroms and five bathrooms when in fact there were five bedrooms and four bathrooms. We only noticed there was problem a week before our arrival when we read the reviews. The owner offered a refund but by the time he did so, it was too late and we couldn't find an alternative. We had to make signifucant changes to our travel plans. In addition, the villa is badly in need of refurbishment. The doors/windows don't open easily, the a/c units drip and much of the furnishing is shabby. We also were shocked to find a used condom on the wall by the jacuzzi. Don't expect coffee or tea and be aware that you will be charged a lot of money for cleaning and electricity.

Great location

We had a great time staying here, Great location, everything is close by, the Herzelia beach, restaurants, shopping center. The house was clean and quiet and well worth the money. Would stay here again!

Exceptional

A really great deal, it is a beautiful villa with a pool and a nice hot tub on the roof! It is 2 minutes away from Herzliya Pituach beach, and also really close to a nice breakfast restaurant. The owneres are very nice and We have no hesitation in recommending the Villa , for us it is idyllic and it is worth every Dollar we spend!
