There were no utensils to use for cooking. I went and bought a couple to use. I did leave one of them. There was limited pans to use. We did enjoy the location. We were able to walk to Vanderveer Park which is very beautiful.

This was a perfect place for my visit to the area. The Carriage House had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the property!!! We started in carriage house & moved to main house. Carriage House is beautiful & comfortable. The main house is stunning!!! We really enjoyed the house, the neighborhood & central location to everything Davenport. Chris is a great host. He ensured we had everything we needed & checked on us throughout stay to ensure we were still happy. Highly recommend the Adler House for staying in Davenport. My fiancé is a Davenport native Bryan Loose, and was very impressed with the home & location. We will definitely stay again.

Great place. So beautiful antiques and adorable decorations true to the era of the home as could be. Great hosts as well. I’ll definitely be back.

This is my second time staying at the Carriage House and it was as nice as last time. The location is perfect for getting around the Quad Cities. This is our new “home away from home” when we come visit family and friends. Also, check out Main Street Coffee…it is an easy walk or drive and has great coffee/drinks.

This is such a nice property! VERY clean and so well appointed. Everything was available that a guest could possibly need. The owner lives close to the property and was attentive-moreso than we've experienced previously with VRBO stays. I am already looking forward to a return trip. Also, it's close to a lovely city park and numerous coffee shops. Everything this traveller needed!

This is a beautifully redone carriage house that is really fun to stay in. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night, but is fine during the day. I highly recommend it!

We were very happy with this well-appointed carriage house. Our host was friendly, thoughtful and informative and made us feel very welcome. This property is only a block away from the unique Vandevere Park, with it's tropical conservatory and beautiful rose garden, and we felt safe and comfortable walking in this interesting historic homes area. We parked in the driveway, and the house's
great location made exporing other parts of the city easy. We brought bikes along and it was only 4 blocks to a major bike trail. Trails along the Mississippi are also nearby.
The carriage house was spotlessly clean with a fun equestrian decor and lots of considerate touches. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware that there is a flight of steps up to the secnd story front door of the carriage house. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Davenport.

Let me join the chorus of five star reviews for this recently opened Vrbo. I stayed for ten nights, and would absolutely stay here again. In addition to all the amenities of a quality Vrbo(including very responsive hosts who live nearby), the location can’t be beat. The furnishings are very comfortable and include some lovely antiques.

Two members of our team stayed in the carriage house while working on a museum project at Rock Island Arsenal. Chris was a wonderful host and the cottage is lovely.

I have family in-town and have stayed at other VRBOs and hotels in the area, this is by far now my favorite! The attention to details-comfy beds, great shower, beautiful decor-and cleanliness were great. The space even provided the opportunity for a few family members to come over one night for dinner. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the Quad Cities. Location is good for anyone visiting St. Ambrose.
