Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
The apartment is 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.

We had a very positive experience staying here. The property manager was responsive to our questions and requests. Updated kitchen, air conditioning, wash machine and garage stall were appreciated.
It was close to a grocery store and cheese shop - nice walking distance to restaurants, shops and the coast. The only down side is that it’s close to the main road; however, I would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment in Bellagio: clean and stylish. Parking space in a garage. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk to town centre. Great little supermarket just around the corner.
