Winters here can bring varying weather, from gentle rains to heavier storms, so road conditions may fluctuate.
- To ensure everyone’s safety during wildfire season (typically July to October, weather-dependent), use of the outdoor fireplace is limited at certain times. Please check the posted signs near the fireplace for current restrictions. During restricted periods, open flames outdoors, including candles, may result in a $500 fine. We appreciate your help in protecting our beautiful surroundings!

- We welcome one dog as part of your family getaway. For more pets, please reach out so we can discuss your needs.

You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

The place had everything needed to enjoy a stay with family in the Santa Cruz mountains. When contacted the hosts provided extra towels quickly. The place had great grounds and a beautiful living area to enjoy with family. And we never requested it so not a chance for the host to fix but a few more forks would be good as there weren't enough for the group of ten staying there.

Place was beautiful and clean. Very roomy for the 7 of us and very clean. That said, 2 things could be done to make this an absolutely perfect place to stay:
* Many of the window screens upstairs had fallen off. We tried to put them back on ourselves, but not all of them would stay put.
* Would have been great to have more seating on the porch. It was such a perfect place to sit - we "fought" over seating rights. ;-)
Thanks for the use of your wonderful home!

Grounds were very beautiful and the home was cozy with nice plants and artwork.
Few things however, the upstairs bathroom sink didn’t drain and one of the dining chair legs was loose so we moved it to the corner.
I stayed in the home outside, it looked like was being remodeled patched up walls and door drape rod was broken.
