San Gaetano is an old typical Tuscan farm, now located almost in the city center (which can also be reached easily on foot or by bicycle, using the railway underpass). The property is completely fenced, with parking space, inhabited by residents (three real estate units), a sort of green oasis, a quiet place with supermarkets nearby. The beach is about 700 meters away, it is the ideal place for those who want to experience the sea in a relaxing way.

The apartment has been completely renovated and consists of a large living room with single sofa bed, TV and kitchenette, double bedroom plus single bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. fully air conditioned.
