Great house for a girl's weekend away. There are tons of breweries and wineries within 20-30 mins away. The brewery walking distance was fantastic. Many hiking trails to checkout too. Would recommend for families or adult weekends away.

Such a cute home on the mountain. The decor and set up inside was flawless. The kids absolutely loved the pool and air hockey table. Beds were super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was top notch! We didn’t want to leave the property and views. Will visit again!

This is our second time coming with our four kids ages 5-14, and everyone loves coming here. Everyone has something to do, our parents came as well and told us to tell you FIVE STARS, they didn’t want to leave!! They love seeing the kids so happy. We will absolutely love to return!

We had a great trip to the Charlottesville/Lynchburg area. The property was great for our family with lots to do on days when we had some free time. The host was very communicative and helpful. The property’s view of the mountains was fantastic, especially at sunset.

My family and I had a great time at this property with the air hockey, dart board, firepit, & hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked with non-stick cookware, having everything one might need to cook. We cooked many of our meals, so this was appreciated (there's a limited number of restaurants in the area, but we like to cook). Communication with the owner was very easy and good.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay for our mountain adventures...we hit the slopes skiing/snowboarding, did some fantastic hikes, and enjoy some local cuisine at several nearby restaurants. The house was perfect offering tons of amenities. Our kids loved all the games, the adults loved all the space plus the hot tub and it was even pet friendly. Our Host (Kyle & Krystal) was extremely response, friendly, and easy to work with....very simple to check-in/check-out! They even provided an outstanding website/app full of great information on the surrounding area.....the best "VBRO House Brochure" I've seen to date. We certainly look forward to staying here again on our next mountain getaway!

Beautiful and cozy, great location, stunning views, and a hot tub on a cold January night- just perfect!

Excellent location to get away from the routine and close enough to visit Shenandoah, Monticello, and Richmond. Pool and hot tub are well maintained and the pool is HUGE! The bathrooms are smaller but very clean. Great game room setup downstairs that our teenager loved 😉 Brewery across the street has a great atmosphere! We would definitely recommend. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

This property is one of the best one we have stayed. Very well equipped and located.
Communication with the host was good. We sure will be coming back.

My family, including an infant and 4 year old, recently spent a lovely week here. The property was impeccably cleaned before our arrival and the beds (mattress and linens) were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the game room in the basement. The pool was quite nice as well, with a good locked fence. We would stay here again!

We would definitely stay here again. So much to do on property, game room, pool house with tv and games, large pool, well stocked, comfortable beds, grocery store only 5 mins. away, great communication with our host.

The place was easy to find, it was a really peaceful area. The house was complete and organize and clean. The bedrooms are really comfortable. The house is so family and pet friendly. The host was very responsive and accommodating in so many ways. The area has so many things to offer and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and places to explore. Will recommend to friends and anyone who wants to get away from the city and have a restful and relaxing week. Thank you very much!

What an amazing property. We relaxed in the pool all afternoon, grilled dinner& watched the sun set behind the mountains from the firepit. The absolute most comfortable beds of any vrbo rental. We could not have asked for anything to be more perfect. Thanks so much to the host!

What a great property. We wanted a place that had no interruptions, something where we could unwind from working hard and just visit and this house fit the bill. Great beds, bathrooms, kitchen and beautifully decorated, but we were in the pool or hot tub the entire time. Our host Kyle recommend TJ Rose as a private chef. We worked with him on a menu, we all dressed up, decorated the dining room and TJ did not disappoint and we never left once. It was awesome Kyle thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the house for a long weekend (Thur-Sun). The owners were very flexible and helpful. Amazing service where for a small fee they picked up my instacart order and it was all put away and organized when we arrived which really helped with packing and removed a lot of the stress which allowed us to really enjoy the weekend. The pool was nice and cool as it was SO hot outside! We really enjoyed the views and the local attractions from the brewery to a great italian rest with great pizza a few miles down the road. The house was full of EVERYTHING we needed and everything we didn't even know we needed haha From cooking spray to dawn dish soap to brand new non stick pans etc. They put a lot of thought into also preparing the house for dogs with a dog bowl near the pool, one in the kitchen and a very nice and clean dog bed in the closet. They really thought of everything and because of that our stay was stress free and our entire family had a nice relaxing weekend where we did a Christmas in July themed bday part for my newphew (10) and my dad (69). The house was great for everyone. Thanks for everything!!

Hi. House is in middle of nowhere with great views of mountains. Pool is fantastic! Brewery is nearby. House was roomy with lots of extras. Air hockey, Pac-Man. Lots of fun. Hot tub was great. There is an extra charge for heating pool which we did not pay and pool was perfect given the hot weekend. Nice touches with s’more ingredients. Host was very helpful and communicative. Very enjoyable.

We were seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway from the city and this property surpassed our expectations!! The pool was convenient, spacious and well maintained so we had fun hanging out here on hot summer days. Our dogs had the best time running around the property. They were perfectly safe being off-leash, as the property sat a ways back from neighbors and the main road. The house was super clean, cute and very comfortable! We slept so well in the large master bed. While it was just the two of us and the dogs, this property would be perfect for a bit larger group - the other bedrooms also looked nice! It was conveniently close to an awesome Brewery and also to a couple vineyards. We had an amazing time and plan to visit again one day!

We had the best time celebrating the start of summer and our son’s birthday! The property entertained all of our kids (age ranges 7-21), and the adults too! Between the pool, hot tub, air hockey, ms pac man, darts, and the fire pit — no one was bored, ever! The location is great if you want to hit any of the breweries or cideries in the area, too! The beds were seriously comfy and the home had all the necessary amenities for cooking and grilling. So grateful to have found this spot! We would surely return again ☀️

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find with Google maps, and super close to the Blue Mountain barrel house, where we had an amazing lunch. The mountain view is gorgeous and visible from the pool, front bedroom, and the kitchen sink. House was very clean and stocked with brand new cookware, nice furniture and even pet accessories for our small dog. Wood and lighter fluid were available for the fire pit, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor dining table for dinners.
The only suggestions I would make is to add lighting at the pool so you can continue to swim at night (if there was some we didn’t see it), and blackout curtains in the master (there are blinds but it was still very bright first thing in the morning).
Overall we had a great time and I would recommend!

Clean, well maintained house with everything you need and want in a home away from home. 1min drive to Blue Mountain Barrel House with nice selection of beer, food and live music. This location is surrounded by lots of good places to dine in, wineries and breweries.

My friend and I stayed the night here after seeing a concert in Charlottesville. We went on a bird hunt at Priest View Hunting Preserve (highly recommended) 10 minutes down the road, so this was the perfect spot. The property is just great. Very nicely decorated, nice beds, and comfortable furniture. I honestly wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more that the property had to offer, and to check out the brewery. We will definitely be repeat customers the next time we do a bird hunt
