Watch breath-taking sunsets from the oversized balcony of this beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom condo. There’s space to spread out on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view, with several seating areas and matching chaise lounges. Inside, the space has been renovated by the new owners and professionally decorated by an interior designer. Recently painted walls, new white curtains, and all-new decor combine for a bright, fresh stay. Meal prep is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Serve up your creations at the breakfast bar, which seats four, or the dining room table, which seats another six. Even better, dine alfresco on the balcony.

After your meal, grab a beach towel and head down to the sand to start working on that tan. Alternately, you’ve also got access to a shared pool and hot tub. After a full day of soaking up that Vitamin D, head back to your condo to relax in the central AC. Gather together on the sectional and channel surf on the new 65-inch smart TV. if you can’t agree on what to watch, each bedroom also features a flatscreen TV. The unique floor plan features two beach-front main suites, each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Both suites also feature newly upgraded walk-in tile showers. One of the queens also has an en suite bathroom, and one features a shared bathroom. Rest up for another great vacation day tomorrow, but don't forget to step back out onto the balcony for a breathtaking sunset and a toast to your good luck for booking the perfect vacation getaway.

I loved the views. I loved that every room had its own bathroom. I loved that the floors were tile. However, I didn’t like that there wasn’t a garbage disposal in the sink. I didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have chest of drawers nor did they have any hangers to hang clothes. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work properly. The parking situation wasn’t ideal. Only having 1 spot guaranteed per room stinks because the other vehicles aren’t promised a free spot of parking. Overall, it was a great trip just missed some amenities in the room. I would recommend this condo.

Overall it was a wonderful experience, great views, plenty of space. WONDERFUL BALCONY!! My only problem was with the parking it wasn’t that it was terrible but it was just a tight spot (my sister’s rental car got dented by a neighboring vehicle) and if you drive a lower sitting car (Altima) your vehicle will scrub very badly unless you really angle it and if it’s anything over a mid-size SUV it’s hard to fit. And there is only 1 spot on property there is free parking across if you can find a spot there if not there is paid parking right behind that. But I would 100% go back, no problems with the condo, I would just drive something different.

What a lovely property! We cannot say enough about 601 Ocean Ritz. The place was beautiful, homey, comfortable and the views are magnificent. Our family came for the week of the 4th of July and I can't remember the last time we enjoyed a trip or accommodations so much. Would definitely return!

Whether you're looking to explore the nearby sights or simply relax, this spot has it all. The convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and natural beauty made our stay even more enjoyable. **Accommodation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The condo itself is a masterpiece of design and comfort. With four spacious bedrooms, two of which offer stunning beach views directly from the deck, our group had plenty of space to unwind. The living room, also boasting beach views, was a perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. Every room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. A/C rocked. Nice furnishings. New elevators. Spectacular views. Garage parking space was convenient to Entrance ramp on P2. Only serious drawbacks were the parking garage Entrance and Exit ramps. They were VERY narrow. Tough for large and long vehicles, especially trying to get OUT straight. Only ONE vehicle at a time can pass. Thus someone has to back up/out. Overflow parking is much easier but not that many spaces.

We liked the size of the place that we stayed. We were concerned because of the lack of cleanliness. The floors needed mopping, refrigerator and stove had to be wiped down. We had to use a quilt from the closet and it wasn’t clean. Under the beds needed to be swept. I saw something that was left from last tenant.

Terrible! Only ONE elevator works! People wait FOUR plus hours to get to use the elevator. My husband has Parkinson's. Eventually we stopped going to the beach because we were afraid of having to wait for hours to use the elevator. Also, the HOA of this building (the Ocean Ritz) has cars towed for spite. Eleven were towed on the first day I was there. There are thousands of great choices in PCB...this is NOT one of them. Take your hard earned money and precious vacation days and go somewhere else.
