Four blocks from Manzanita’s beautiful crescent beach on the quieter southern end of the city, Beach Pine Manzanita is steps from a golf green at the end of a cul-de-sac. This four-bedroom custom home has gorgeous gathering spaces on the main level. The living room has high ceilings with transom windows for extra light, a gorgeous rock fireplace, a large TV, and plenty of plush contemporary seating. A dining room with its own vaulted ceiling and large windows makes a pleasant place to share a meal. The fully equipped kitchen’s gleaming counters, honey-warm cabinets, and pretty arched over-sink window will draw everyone in to help with dinner. An additional bonus room has more sofas and a TV, so guests can gravitate together as they choose.

We rented the this home for 4 nights in Manzanita. The home was not properly maintained and was not clean. Broken bunk beds, a broken and moldy refrigerator in the basement, broken window screens (a dangerous safety hazard), broken blinds, broken TV, stained carpet, a small and dirty outdoor bbq, dirty floors, walls and doors. A maintenance person was at the home for 2 of the 4 days we rented and was not able to fix the bunk beds. We contacted Meredith about the other issues immediately after our stay (we did not want another maintenance person to interrupt our stay) and were told that we should have taken pictures. I would not trust that they have corrected any of the other issues. The home was extremely overpriced for the condition of the house. We will not rent from Meredith Lodging again.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at this wonderful beach home! Lots of room to comfortably house 3 generations! Close enough to the beach for a quick road-walk (6-minutes). Great beach! Short drive to town for take-out dinner options. Plenty of seating to enjoy our meals together, comfortable beds, ping pong and a hot tub! Perfect!!

Lovely home, plenty of space with bedrooms on all 3 floors for our family to spread out. We had to watch the new-walker with the stairs and fireplaces, but everything worked well. Easy access to walk on the beach, which we took advantage of every day, even in the rain. The hot tub was a huge hit. Perfect getaway for a Christmas break.

This place would be perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. There is something for all ages and the kitchen is well equiped, the master suite is lovely. Because of the steep stairs and 3 stories, people should be aware that it may not be an appropriate home for everyone, but kids of all ages will have something to do.

We enjoyed our stay. The place could use some love though. There is a lot off damaged furniture that could be removed for my space taste. If you are filling the house maybe it is helpful. We had 5 people and w benches and bar stools for 20 stacked into the dining area we had challenges with “flow”. The beds were great. Hot tub fun! Mgmt company nice, too

Beautiful property with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Home was very clean and well stocked with linens, pillows, towels, and even a dog bed. The kitchen was fantastic. They had gadgets that I don't even have in my own home. They provided sheet pans, pots and pans, dishware, silverware, every coffee gadget one could want (bring ground coffee), plasticware for littles, a crockpot and even some select spices and sauces. The driveway is a bit steep and there are two flights of stairs to get up to the kitchen level, but the accommodations and views make up for those minor issues. Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Our only complaint is that 5 days just wasn't long enough. Also, this property does have some whelchair accessible accommodations. There is an elevator but it wasn't in working order/unavailable. If that elevator was in working condition, that would be a game changer for those who struggle with stairs. We will definitely be returning!
