This 1 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo is conveniently located in the South Kihei hotel district, with a short walk to Beautiful Kamaole 2 ('Kam' 2) Beach and many restaurants, bars, and stores. Over10 Restaurants are within three blocks of walking distance from this condo. Moped and bike rentals, a Health Food store, and many Hawaiian gift stores are also very close.

The unit offers a new FULLY STOCKED kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, Non-stick and stainless steel cookware, and an Instant Pot—a new, VERY comfortable king-size bed with two new king-size Black Diamond cooling pillows. A large flat-screen TV is in the living room, and a small TV is in the bedroom, with Roku remotes on each. There are 2 A/C units (one in the living room, one in the bedroom). And a new washer/dryer set.
FYI - not in display photos yet - Grey colored ceilings and two I-6 BIG ASS FANS, one in the living room and one above the bed in the bedroom. They are very efficient! Reduces air conditioner needs.
FREE WIFI is available - TVs come with ROKU Remotes to access multiple streaming stations, including YouTube, Netflix, HULU, Prime, etc. The ROKU channel also offers many TV shows, news, and movies.
Enjoy in-house coffee with a Standard Coffee Drip machine and a Precision Auto-Burr Coffee Grinder. Various teas and an electric kettle are also available. The unit is on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot, close to the beach and pool, without the noise from either. It's very Quiet and Peaceful, with nice views. The King Bed is so wonderful and cozy! Wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The Lanai overlooks natural woodland with views of Haleakala; it is very private.
There are two pool and BBQ areas to choose from, and they are down the path through well-manicured lawns and gardens. - A very nice tennis court is on site, with lots of golf just down the road.
A Reserved Covered Parking Place is one of the best amenities for renting this condo. Keep your car cool while you are not using it. Take advantage of walking down to the beach or the many Stores, Restaurants, and Bars nearby. There are Additional Parking Places If Needed.
The unit is extensively cleaned, including all door knobs, light switches, and remotes. When the housekeeping staff leaves, their last job is to fog the rooms. We have a HEPA filter with a UV lamp.
Additional amenities include Pickle Ball rackets, personal safe, Beach Chairs (a few types), beach mats, beach umbrellas, Boogie boards, and rarely needed rain umbrellas.

Condo is centrally located in Kihei close to beaches, restaurants and stores and only 30 minutes to Kahului. The condo is spacious, bed comfortable and kitchen well stocked with all you need. Staff were friendly and communication with the owner was timely and the information made my stay even more relaxing. Reserved parking spot was a bonus. Can’t wait to return.

We had an AMAZING holiday at the Maui Banyan in early January. The condo is centrally located in sunny Kihei with easy access to everything you need: groceries, cinnamon buns, coffee shops, and what we think is the BEST beach - Kamaole 2. Our condo was fully kitted out with cooking tools, dishes & plates, and helpful oils and spices. There are multiple beach chairs, coolers, towels and boogie boards. We felt completely at home during our visit.
We are particularly grateful to Jeffery for his excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our visit. Any issue that arose was quickly addressed and solved. Thank you, Jeffery, for helping to facilitate a late checkout due to a flight change.
We highly recommend Jeffery’s condo and look forward to a return visit in the future!

This was a great location. Beaches across the street or within walking distance. Easy to get out of the down town to the highway, stores and other beaches.
Only down side was the owner said we would have an assigned parking stall. We did for a day until we were told the owner did not renew this feature so we had to move. We had a fire alarm that went off in the early morning. Some people evacuated but not all. Two people responded from the property but did not wear or show any identifiers of who they were. Never found out why the alarm went off. Fire department never showed and the alarm went off for 15 minutes. Owner should address this with his board. Good stay.

One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. The unit was also very nicely stocked. Parking spot was nice and close. Only complaint is the bed, which was way too soft and not very supportive.

We have stayed in unit H207 multiple times and keep coming back to it. The condo has always been very well furnished with the items we needed and has been clean and well kept. This is the first year we stayed here with the new owner, Jeffery, as our property host and he has kept our satisfaction level at its max! He was quick to respond to any concerns, made the check in process very easy, put some new personal touches into the property that enhanced our stay even further, and followed up after we checked out with a kind email making sure we had no concerns with our stay. We would highly recommend using this property as your dream holiday accomadation.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this unit. Communication with the host throughout the entire process was easy and effective. The unit was well stocked and was very clean. We used the swimming pool that was close to our unit extensively as well as the BBQ. The covered assigned parking stall was much appreciated. Great beaches, restaurants and shopping were very close to the unit. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.

We have stayed at this property before and decided to return. The location is great ... across the street from the beach. Easy walking distance to some restaurants. Nice pools. Covered parking. One of the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Jeff was responsive, gracious and helpful.

The condo was perfect for our vacation! Absolutely loved how comfortable the California King Bed was. We also enjoyed the in unit laundry machines and two air conditioners. The unit was well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Basically, anything you might need for at the beach was provided including various types of sunscreen.
One item that I didn’t realize I was gonna enjoy as much as I did was the Reserved Parking Space. Not all units offer a reserved spot. The parking spot was in a great location on the 2nd floor, right by the stairs.
The owner has thought of everything and I would definitely try to stay here again.

This was our second stay in this unit,it is on the quiet side of the building(no garbage truck noise!). The condo is very clean and well decorated, and a short walk to the beach.The only quibble is that we like to do our own cooking and the skillets are in need of replacement,other than that, a wonderful place to stay.

This condo was perfect for me. The unit was clean, well kept and very welcoming. The view from the lanai was incredible. The garden was very lush and beautiful and the unit is close to the pool. It is within walking distance of the famous Kamaole 1 and 2, 5 minute walk and you’re there. Shopping and restaurants all near by, but walking the grounds was my favorite every morning.
The kitchen is completely supplied, plenty of everything, the bedroom also went out to the lanai. I love the openness of this room because of the sliding doors to the bedroom. I never turned on the air conditioner because the 2 ceiling fans kept it just right. Also has plenty of beach going supplies, everything you would need to really make your beach experience special and memorable. I can’t Thankyou enough for this little jewel and will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described. The beach is just a short walk down the road. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. We went to the ABC store almost every night to grab snacks and food for the condo. I loved that they provided everything for a day on the beach like chairs, towels, boogie boards, and an umbrella. And having the AC unit was a huge bonus! I definitely recommend staying here when you visit Maui.

This was a great condo in Kihei! Super close to the beach, the provided chairs and umbrella were awesome to have. The bed/pillow/sheet combo was the best we’ve had in any rental. It was hot during our stay and the two AC units made it very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

This was a great location for a visit to Maui, near many food options and things to do, right across the street from a large public beach. Some concerns, I was charged $1 for a key to get in and out of the building if it was after hours (10p-6a) however when we left early one morning for an excursion, the door wasn’t locked anyway. Anybody could walk in or out.
We did see some ants/other bugs in the house, which I understand to be somewhat common for Hawaii. We did have an unexpected visit from pest control and when I reached out to the owners about it I was told that yes, pest control comes unannounced. We only knew about this because we happened to be home after a morning excursion, otherwise they would have entered the property without notification. I understand pests are a concern but I would have appreciated information that this might happen during my stay.

Well appointed condo with air conditioning, and convenient location within walking distance of beach. Guests had access to parking garage and two swimming pools with outdoor grills. Walking path behind units showed off the well maintained tropical landscaping.
Unit had two full bathrooms, in-room laundry, well appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for luggage and clothing. Outdoor lanai stretched between and was accessible by both rooms. It did not receive much breeze, was narrow, and slightly noisy with both A/C units running. However, there were benches and chairs on the lawn that took advantage of the breeze.
Bed was comfortable and ceiling fans did a good job moving the air from the two window units. Closet contained everything necessary for a trip to the beach. Entire unit was very clean, with plentiful towels and kitchen supplies.
Would stay again.

If you are looking to stay in this area, then I would recommend this condo 100%. It was the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever rented. The location was very convenient and the grounds of the complex were clean and quiet. Parking is reserved, which is awesome to have, and it was also very convenient to the entrance. Both AC units work fine and there are plenty of additional fans the owners have stocked the condo with. The kitchen was extremely well stocked

This condo is nicely appointed for 2 people, and includes two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well equipped. Also, there is a convenient reserved covered parking space. The pool is also nice. And the best part for us is that the property is directly across the street from the beach. Also, plenty of walkable eating places too.

We stayed for 3 weeks in this unit and it was absolutely fantastic. Margaret is the best condo owner we've dealt with thus far. Due to COVID lockdowns in 2019, we had to re-schedule our booking twice and Margaret was very responsive, understanding, cooperative and accommodating with us. She even followed-up with us when we arrived to make sure everything was ok = double + !
Being this was also the 1st time we've gone away in 2 1/2 years due to COVID concerns, we felt extremely comfortable with the sanitizing efforts that Margaret had in place to ensure her guests safety.
The condo was very clean and had all the amenities (including beach stuff) you could ask for to make anyone's stay like home. Even though we purchased our own to use, the unit had a supply of paper products, dish detergent and other misc. items which was a definite plus!
The bedroom . . . the mattress on the bed was more comfortable than our own at home (including the pillows!) - so much so, we requested the info from Margaret so we could purchase one for ourselves at home! One of the most important things when staying abroad is getting a good night sleep and we slept the best we ever had - even compared to home.
The location . . . the convenience of the location was another plus. Just across the street from the beach and in walking distance to everything from souvenirs, food shopping, restaurants and gas stations. We typically stay in Kaanapali, but decided to change things up and stay in a different part of the island and it did NOT disappoint.
Overall, I can't say enough about this unit and the owner, Margaret. We will DEFINITELY be repeat renters for years to come ~ Mahalo

Margaret and Derek have done a wonderful job making their condo a home away from home. It is very clean, updated, and nicely appointed with island decor and furnishings. Supplies are well stocked. The kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and countertops, the mattress is excellent, and instructions were clear. Margaret was a delight to communicate with. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The view of Haleakala Mountain is beautiful and Kamole II beach is a simple walk across the street. We couldn't have been more pleased to call this home for 10 days while we explored beautiful Maui!

Margaret was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt & accommodating to all communications. Garden facing unit one floor above ground units. Lanai nice for two people to afternoon gecko watch in the adjacent palms. Good to have basic spices & great cooking facilities. Body boards were very welcomed . Shaded reserved parking spot very handy. Overall a homey welcoming unit...a home away from home.
