The house was close to a lot of things. We felt comfortable being there. Beds and coach were comfortable.
We are definitely staying there again next year.

Great checkin process, lots of space, and overall cute home!
We got in after dinner, and the main living area was nice and cold. Plenty of linens. We did have someone approach us off the street for water while we were loading up, it’s not a neighborhood we’d feel safe walking through.
We had some housekeeping issues that I let the owner know of, so I think if those are fixed, then the place holds up to 5 stars. But unfortunately because it was a quick turnaround stay, not having basic amenities that are advertised and there wasn’t time to wait for someone to bring them did not help:(
We left our dog at home but he would’ve had a nice maintained yard to check out!

Owner was very responsive. Very close to amenities.

Was perfect for a quick weekend stay. We were visiting friends and it had everything we needed!

Over all a good experience at this property and host communication. Listed as a 1/1 but actually a 2/2. If I had to pick a negative it would be no central air and heat but this time of year a/c isn’t really needed but some windows didn’t have screens.

Had everything we needed. Close to many restaurants and nice room to watch TV.

Great clean place, close to restaurants and dining. Downstairs bed was super comfortable. The permission to allow dogs was a plus! Overall 5/5.

The property was so nice! The backyard was nice to bask in the sun and we loved the large bed.
Communication was fast and clear, loved our stay here. We'd highly recommend it :)

This house is comfortable and cozy but the neighborhood is no place to walk around comfortably. It’s fine if you want to drive everywhere but if you’re planning to walk around the neighborhood this is not for you. To be fair, Greensboro is not a very walkable city overall except for limited areas. The owner is very nice and responsive and it worked out okay for our stay.

We were in town for a wedding and this house was a perfect location for us. Got good info about the area from the owner. Thx!

The property met our needs and was as expected. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The kitchen had everything we needed including dish soap and a sponge. Just a few things would make it even better: make sure the nails in the stairs aren't sticking up, and add a few more bath towels.

We arrived late on a Thursday night had no trouble accessing the property. It was a little chilly but we figured out how to cut on the heat. As far as amenities the house has everything as advertised. We didn't use the stove but everything else worked fine for us. We had enough space for 4 people without feeling cramped. We appreciated the handmade coffee cups. It was a nice place to stay overnight in Greensboro.

My wife and I needed a last minute place to stay in Greensboro that was pet friendly and Madelaine’s place was perfect for us. It’s an older house sitting immediately off of a busy road near Downtown, so it was close to everywhere/everything we needed for our stay.
Madelaine was an incredible host. My wife’s father had just passed away (which is why we were in town) - She wrote us a really sweet note and had fresh flowers and a thoughtful gift waiting for us upon arrival.
Overall, it was a great experience and we would both highly recommend staying here!
