Located downtown, this 36th floor condo has breathtaking views and is within walking distance to the skytrain, Gaston, and Chinatown. Our family of six stayed twice, and found it very much to our liking. Be aware that besides to two bedrooms, the other beds (one in a small room by the kitchen, and the other in the living room) are pull-ou beds. Branden was.bery helpful! We would definitely return!!

Amazing view of Vancouver. The checkin process was arduous and parking was confusing. The directions were given however there were many steps to follow and it wasn’t easy process.

Condo was very clean. Great area close to grocery and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and would stay here again. Portable air conditioners worked well once we figured out to make sure vent was outside window to get rid of hot air. Clean Neighbor hood with lots of walking opportunities and felt safe. Check in and out was very easy.

This was the perfect place to stay during a work convention at the Vancouver Convention center. Close walk to everything we needed. Brandon was a very responsive host during our stay with great recommendations on food.
Condo was spacious for our group.
Some missing simple ammenities in the kitchen, some bathroom outlets that didnt work, and some basic things that were out of place but overall, great space.
Suprised by the amount of noise you can hear from outside steet noise (not neighbours). But being from small mountain town that could just be me. Had to use fans to quiet outside noise. Also, there is a jumbo screen just below the living room window that really projects a lot of flashing light intonthatbroom, so if youre sensitive to lights while sleeping and using the pullout couch, bring an eyemask. City living issues.

Improper installation of AC units. Multiple units running triggered the power to switch off. No clear directions on keeping the house cool enough without triggering the circuit breaker. Second bedroom’s bed was not suitable for 2 adults. Bed broke in the middle of the night during normal sleeping with infant daughter.
Partial refund was the only compensation we got in spite of having to relocate and pay twice as much for a hotel room due to being there for the Beyonce concert. Very expensive trip. Will never use VRBO again.

The property has amazing views of the city and BC Place, Rogers Center. If you are on that side of the city this is the place to be. Only downside are the people wandering around at night, that represent the less fortunate side of the community. Harmless, but wouldn't suggest walking around by yourself.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We used the pool and spa facilities. He provided robes as requested. The apartment was great for living in and entertaining. Great views.... easy access to activities eg float plane rentals, hi end dining, Stanley Park etc.

Very nice and well kept property. It is truly 2 bedrooms with a tiny room off the kitchen that had a sleeping sofa. The location was great. The owner was very responsive. We had a great stay!

Four of us spent three great days in Vancouver in the SubPenthouse. It's on floor 36 out of 37 and the views are amazing. The flat is newly furnished and very modern. Having a parking garage space included was very convenient.

This condo is very nice and has an amazing view of the lights from the arenas and city at night. It is very high up so geese will fly by at eye level. It is well appointed with plenty of dishes, easily accessible bedding for the optional third bed, lots of towels and coffee pods and lots of seating. The owner is also very responsive to any and all communication. This condo is located very much in the city, so you can hear traffic particularly the metro/train. Also it is a very busy area, lots of people (commuters, homeless, other tourists, residents etc) and traffic around which made coming and going by foot with our children a bit challenging. Included parking was an absolute bonus and made our day trips easy. Check in is well explained but as the street and building can be busy, it can feel complicated - plan for a little extra time to check in and out (particularly if you have a car). Overall a nice place, probably best suited for adults particularly with its proximity to Gastown. Although our kids did really enjoy seeing the geese fly by!
