About this cottage rental

Sat overlooking stunning views of Selsey seafront Seal View makes the perfect holiday getaway for all the family or those just looking for a getaway break. Selsey is a beautiful coastal town and considered one of the sunniest areas in Britain! Here at Seal View not only are you right on the sunniest coastline but only a short drive from Chichester, Goodwood along with our other lovely beaches Bracklesham Bay & Wittering Beach. Selsey is full of independent shops, restaurants and cafes, you have all the local amenities you need on your doorstep as well as a large selection of eateries if you don't want to worry about cooking on your hols. With five bedrooms in total Seal View can easily accommodate all the family or perhaps couples travelling together along the south coast. On the ground floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, a super king bedroom with a shower room ensuite and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. There are a further 2 bedrooms upstairs, one hidden behind a wall with a double bed and a shower room ensuite and a further bedroom with a roll top bath and a shower room bathroom. This wonderful seaside property is an upside-down house with bedrooms on the ground floor putting the living space on the first floor where you get panoramic views of the coastline before you. From every seat you can gaze out the tall, wide glass windows and look out at the blue seas and skies ahead. Want to see more, then step out onto the balcony with a glass of something cool and fizzy. On a stormy evening why not shut the doors and snuggle down with a movie or two on the large widescreen smart television while the seas rumble outside. The kitchen here is ample size for self-catering and has everything you need to cook up something delicious while not out at one of the many local restaurants. While at the kitchen sink once again you can look out onto the blue seas ahead. There is a utility room on the ground floor with clothes airer washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a gorgeous family garden with a BBQ, and a play area for children with a swing and a slide, a perfect little suntrap for dining alfresco. Seal View has WIFI and off road parking for 2 cars and an electric car charger.

Our multi generational family have just returned from a four day stay at Seal View. The house is in a wonderful location, directly opposite the sea. The pictures of the property on the website are very accurate. The views from the living area are stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was perfect - the views were amazing, the bedrooms all really comfortable and the balcony and gardens were wonderful. We swam in the sea every day, which is right on the doorstep. Best house in Selsey!

Beautiful property . Was even better than the pictures . Lovely location , views of the sea from all living areas! Perfect for a family or up to 5 couples . Local shops & takeaways nearby , and short distance to West Wittering beach, where we spent 2 days as it is Sandy and safer for young children . Selsey beach, which is stony , is just across the road and has a long walkway to a play area and a scooter /skateboard area just 100 yards away. Would definitely recommend for families .
