Rent, men svært lite rom uten særlige fasiliteter som kjøleskap, kaffemaskin eller tekoker

Frokost var nydelig med blide og hyggelige folk. De som tok oss i mot ved innsjekk var vennlige med ga svært lite info som var nyttig utover å åpne dører

Rommet var mye mindre enn forventet, ingen rengjøring/skiftimg av håndklær dag 2. Lite info ved innsjekk. Ingen mulighet for å kjøpe vann etter 1430 og ingen kjøleskap til oppbevaring av drikke.

Prima verblijf maar wel te heet op de kamer door Spa een verdieping hoger

De douche was perfect. Locatie ook top. Kamer was schoon en stil. Goed ontbijt.

We zaten op de derde verdieping onder de Spa op de vierde verdieping waardoor ‘s nachts de temperatuur opliep tot 28,5 graden. Overdag was het 22 graden buiten. Er was een goed functionerende airco maar we vinden slapen met airco niet prettig. We vonden dit echt een minpunt.

Ubicación y limpieza general, se nota que el piso es nuevo, todo en muy buen estado. Lo mejor es la atención del personal, excelente (Christian)

1. Cerrar la visibilidad del baño de paredes de vidro transparente..., el servicio higiénico no puede estar a la vista, si la otra persona está comiendo o preparando comida... No sé a quién se le ocurrió esa idea. Los turistas son de diversas culturas y eso puede ser chocante. 2. No hay muebles para dejar la ropa, todo lo tuvimos que dejar en las maletas... No cuesta mucho poner una cajonera, simple solución...

A lovely stay in Villajoyosa!

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable.

The fact that the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by a glass-wall is quite uncomfortable, even if you are reaaaally intimate with your partner 😅

Molt ben situat, ubicat en una casa antiga molt agradable. La remodelació està fet amb molt de gust

La habitació era força petita. Però sobretot, la ubicació del lavabo, amb parets i porta de vidre, fa que es vegi "tot" des del llit i pot resultar una mica "incòmoda" per a certes persones.

Inmejorable

Nos encantó todo: la habitación preciosa, todo nuevo y totalmente limpio, en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca del mar. El personal súper agradable. Sinceramente, es la primera vez que no encuentro ni una sola pega. Repetiremos seguro!!!

Great location + decor but ruined by misery of the bathroom.

Lovely location, fab decor and cute pool.

Unfortunately, the shower door did not shut properly, the door was misaligned and even though we used the shower on lower pressure, the bathroom flooded as there was no drainage outside the shower. To our horror, the water spread onto the wooden bedroom floor. There were four in a family room and four showers and we spent so long mopping up the water, we got through all of the towels and there was no one at the reception desk to report this to at night. In addition, the glued knob fell off the shower door on the final shower. It was particularly dangerous and stressful for an elderly and disabled member of my family who was in danger of falling on the wet floors. We reported it to two members of staff the following morning, and new towels were offered, but it was far too late as we were departing.

Fantastic experience!! 100% recommended!!

We stayed one night at this brand new hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge. Decorated with special taste with very simple lines, modern but maintaining the essence of antique original features of the building. The whole experience since we walked in has been great. All staff were very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, cleaners to the waitress!! We had breakfast in the café, which has a terrace in the middle of a pedestrian square, where we enjoyed one of the brunch options sat in the sun. We enjoyed so much that we stayed longer and had lunch! I trully recommend the canelon with longaniza and truffle. It has a small dinning indoor area ideal to sit inside. We will definatley return to the hotel!! hopefully shortly! As we would like to use the Spa that looked fab. I would like to thank everyone that attended us for making our stay so special!

I cannot complaint about a thing!
