Luxury Direct Beachfront 4 Bedroom 19th Floor Corner Unit Lazy River-Waterslide. (No road to cross) Welcome to PHOENIX GULF TOWERS 1 unit 1901 located on the 19th floor. Gulf front vacationing at its finest! Unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor directly overlooking the Beach and Lazy River at Phoenix Gulf Towers with incredible RELAXING panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,091 sq ft the unit is very spacious, plus an additional 268 sq ft of space on large beach front balcony. It is newly furnished and brand new to the rental market! The Large balcony provides incredible direct views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Tower condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, Large 65 inch flat screen SMART TV in living room and a large 55inch flat screen SMART TV in each of the master bedrooms, and Large screen 50 inch Smart TV's in the other two bedrooms. The unit has its own laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 14 total with 12 in beds and 2 children on the sofa sleeper. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen comes with both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, kids splash pad and a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. We also offer use of our owners closet to store your beach supplies at no extra charge. This gives you more room and helps when you have floats, coolers, tents, umbrella's and kids toys. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this Phoenix has to offer. 'Our stay at the Patterson condo was wonderful! The room was beautiful, and the view was great. I am so glad we decided to go with the Patterson's condo, we didn't have any problems and Mr. and Mrs. Patterson were very nice. The condo was everything they said it would be and more. We have no complaints. The staff at Phoenix was helpful and check-in went smooth. There is plenty for you to do, the tennis court was nice and there is a indoor and outdoor pool as well as a kiddie pool that worked out well for us because we have two small children. Our family plans to visit Orange beach again next summer and we would love to stay in the Patterson Condo again.
This condo was clean and had fabulous views. We had a great time and hope to go back.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The views were incredible through the floor to ceiling windows and large balcony. It very easily accommodated our party. The amenities were fantastic! We used the indoor and outdoors pools, fitness center and of course beach access. The location can’t be beat! The owner, Kelly, quickly answered any question we had. Absolutely recommend and would love to return!

My family really enjoyed our stay in June! Amazing views from the balcony of both the ocean and Gulf State Park, beautiful condo with plenty of room, and great hotel amenities. We even had a flyby from the Blue Angels returning to Pensacola! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the condo. 11 people and all were comfortable with lots of room. Condo was clean and well stocked. It was fun for all age groups due to the pool, water slide, lazy river and beach all within easy access. Will definitely stay here again!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s sweet 13 with 10 of her friends in this unit. We were impressed that it not only accommodated us all, but was fully stocked and met all of our party needs. The girls loved the lazy river and our stay was perfect. We would definitely book this unit again for future stays. Kelly was easy to communicate with and she responded with any questions we had throughout our stay.

Condo was great, clean and had plenty of room for our 10 guests. Property was nice. Pools were clean. Outdoor was a little cold. But we never had an issue getting chairs. Great location- close enough to everything. Only complaint was the dryer buzzer. Super loud and no way to turn it off. Had to time it so it wouldn’t wake up the kids.

Picked this place out of the blue. My wife and I are local (Pensacola) and I wanted to surprise her for her 50th. We got some her friends to come in from out of town. This condo is amazing. Large corner unit on 19th floor. 4 big bedrooms and 3 huge bathrooms. Decorated simple yet, beautiful. Stunning views of the gulf from the balcony west-facing living room windows. Easy check-in. Great communication with owner throughout entire process. All parties that stayed said they would like to come back again.

We spent three nights in this condo and it was probably the best experience we’ve ever had in Orange Beach. The property has great views of the gulf and state park. You are not far from great attractions in the area but also not surrounded by lots of other condos. We only got to enjoy the indoor pool due to the outdoor temperatures but it was great especially if you have small kids. The property has a lot of amenities. The condo is incredibly spacious and gorgeously decorated. The check-in/check-out could not have been easier. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and we are so thankful to have found it!

Kelly’s property is better in person. The unit fit 8 adults very easily. We loved how the living areas were spacious and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Everything was very clean and new. We all talked about wanting to come back to stay when it’s warm. If I come back to the area, this is definitely where I will stay again.

Beautiful clean condo, beautiful beach with the best weather. Condo located in a great area with a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved the lazy River and slide. Just needed a larger coffee maker for the adults.

My family if 7 and I (all adults) stayed at they beautiful location and was absolutely in love. It was clean, the high view was breathe taking and the amount of space was amazing. Though it was 4 adults, we had ample amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. The property owner provided significant information upfront and we had no problems. The staff at the property was very kind and profession. I will definitely be booking this location again.

The condo was really pretty and nicely decorated! The views are unreal of the state park. We loved the floor to ceiling windows. The owner of the condo was very nice and responsive and answered all of my questions. The kitchen was pretty sparsely stocked. It is a new condo though, I’m sure they’ll be adding more things. The pots and pans that were there had stuck on/burned food on them from the last tenants and we couldn’t use them. If you’re planning on cooking a lot, you might want to plan accordingly!
