This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, very comfortable house in Citrus Heights, CA, east of the city of Sacramento and close to a major shopping and dining area. It is about equi-distant from HIghway 50 and I80, making it ideal for taking day trips to the many attractions near there - Calaveras Big Trees, Lake Tahoe, the Highway 49 Gold Country towns, Old Town Sacramento, etc. The back yard is completely fenced and beautifully landscaped, it was perfect for our little dogs to run and work off some energy. The house itself is very well kept, the beds are very comfortable, water pressure in the bathrooms is good. It has a coffee machine that will either do a big pot or use pods. Kitchen is well stocked, however I do advise buying ice since the fridge ice maker doesn't work. Our hostess, Tasha, was very responsive, very welcoming, even though we had to call her to figure out how to open the lockbox! Bottom line - I would highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay. The home was perfect for our family. We visit Citrus Heights/Roseville every year to visit family and this was our best rental yet. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to everything. The home and grounds were lovely. I hope to stay again on my next visit!

Tosha's place is so warm and bright. The natural light really brightens the space and your mood every day. The home is very modern and tastefully decorated. We had all we needed with kitchen cook wear and utensils. The backyard is basically a fruit grove. The plum tree was our favorite. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were a delight and very friendly. I would not hesitate for a minute to rebook for a longer stay.

This is our 3rd stay here.. it’s clean, Comfortable, Quiet, And Close to all your favorite stores… The Yard is amazing !! And Dog Friendly🐾 Tosha Is a Wonderful Host!! We had Car problems and she made it easy to Add another night !! We will be back in the Fall Thank You Tosha for Sharing your Slice of Paradise..

Very wonderfull all around. Very comfortable and we had more than we needed in the house. Very gratefull. The water pressure in the guest shower was slow/low/weak. But thats was the only complaint i would have. Everything was very clean and super neat. Very welcoming and lovely. I wish we took more time to enjoy the back yard but we were busy seeing friends.

The property was clean and welcoming. Lovely kitchen and family room. The backyard was peaceful and beautiful. The master bedroom and bathroom had issues. The pillows were terrible, the bedding was cheap, the towels smelled and the luke warm water heater was a joke when taking a shower or bath. Some work needs to be done by the host in my opinion.

Four adults stayed to visit family in the area, and the house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but a short drive to grocery store/pharmacy/restaurants; the master bedroom was large and the mattress was very comfortable; the backyard was large and lush with lots of seating, the main TV was enormous and had a great sound system, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals; and there were so many thoughtful touches: a collection of games, a remote for the garage door, plenty of towels and blankets, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, screens so you can open windows and sliding doors for air without letting in bugs - all in all just a perfect home away from home.Tosha was very responsive and helpful, and we look forward to staying here again when we visit in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The decor was modern and the backyard was beautiful. We took advantage of the many grapefruit and oranges that had fallen on the ground. Unfortunately, we visited during a rainy week so we weren't able to fully enjoy the backyard.

Our stay at Tosha's was a peaceful oasis during an otherwise busy trip. It is a wonderful, spacious home with gorgeous grounds and outdoor space, very clean and well kept. Tosha made everything simple and was quick to reply to any questions.

This property is so cute and was a great stay! My only reservation is the noise level inside the house as it echos quite a bit. But, it's a beautiful property and the backyard was the perfect reading space. Great for families and pets!

Our family was displaced two weeks before Christmas due to our home needing emergency repairs/inhabitable. Tosha was amazing with helping us as much as possible. Although only 5 minutes from home, my husband called it a vacation home and it was exactly that! Thank you Tosha, we will be back over the summer for a night away!

It was a nice house. The backyard was beautiful. But did not feel very welcoming. After a 10 hour flight from Florida I just needed to kick back and rest. Could not find the towels very easily. I thought they would be in the bathroom. But they were in the hall closet with other things so not easy to find. Could not find the soap to bath with so another hunt was on. The same with the dishwasher soap and the other soap for the sink. I ended up having to go to the store and buying some cleaning supply. We are seniors and parts of the house is not senior friendly, like the bathtub. If you are going to want to go to the Sacramento are for the sights and not cook. It would be good. For my family this was not a good match.

Loved staying here. Will definitely rebook next time we come to Sacto. Comfort and thoughtfulness is how I would describe the stay. Such a beautiful backyard. It was inspiring. One thing, our granddaughter discovered she left her knit beanie inside after check out. It's special to her so if it's found she would really appreciate it's return.

Beautiful yet elegant and cozy home. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful backyard with lots of fruit trees in quiet and safe neighborhood. Large master bedroom with very comfortable king size bed. Will definitely stay again !!

This was our first time staying at a VRBO location. Everything went smoothly. The house was clean and had everything one could possibly need for an extended stay. Enjoyed the lovely backyard. So happy this was a pet-friendly home. Communication with host was easy, very responsive and welcoming. Rate was also very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tosha!
