Nicely renovated home in a quite neighborhood. It was a very hot week and the A/C struggled to keep up. The owner worked diligently to address the problem, even while they were out of state. We worked out a solution to the heat and made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the wonderful and attentive owners. Sincerely, Scott

Property was very nice. Pool was great! Plenty of plates, the tea cups were difficult to hold and too small for a morning coffee, like mugs for tea and coffee and kitchen towels would be nice. Maybe a keurig . Did find a pair of men’s underwater in a bathroom drawer,ewww. Not enough toilet paper had to buy some. Pocket door in master bathroom would come off its track. All in all a very nice stay. Really enjoyed the pool and great location.

Great neighborhood, close to our family, very quiet. Pool and hot tub very clean and temperate was perfect. House was spotless and lots of great extras. Air conditioning had a hard time keeping up but it was unusually hot for May when we were there. Overall, definitely recommend!

This house fit our needs to celebrate our Uncles 100th birthday. It was convenient and was quite lovely. Host communicated with us promptly when we had a question. Would stay here again.

Everything was excellent except for the pool. Pool gets cleaned every other week and unfortunately for us it wasn't during our stay. That was the only downer. It had everything else and it was close to all the attractions. Always nice to come back and relax outside in the covered patio. We absolutely loved the privacy of the backyard and very responsive owners was also a plus.

The house was very clean and spacious for our family of four. The pool was deeper than a normal pool and larger. No issues close to a lot of things. Would definitely stay there again.

This Villa had everything we needed and more. So many added items such as laundry soap, coolers, beach chairs more kitchen spices than I have at home! The beds were very comfortable. Our only disappointment is this wonderful Villa is not available for our 2 week stay next year. Thanks Jonathan and Tania

What a lovely house, in a great location. Everything you need they have. The beach chairs were awesome, and there were 6 of them. Coolers came in handy too. Pool area was great also. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoy our 4-night stay at this perfectly tidy and comfy updated home while in Ft Myers for PG baseball tournament. Convenient to Hammond field and jetBlue, restaurants, etc. Had everything we needed to relax during downtime, w/d, very clean 2 full baths, pool and heated spa. Jonathan was super responsive and easy going. Will stay again when we return.

We were in Florida during 95 degree + weather with 100% humidity and we were in town for a baseball tournament. The AC was not able to cool the entire house down for us. The owners brought in additional portable units but they created more heat than cool air. This made it more difficult for my son playing double headers so he ended up sleeping on floor in master where it was cooler. The pool was green during our entire stay. If the pool and AC were operational we would have loved staying in this home. The rest of home was so accessible and convenient.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this house. The hosts communication was excellent. The pool and hot tub were WONDERFUL. It is exactly as pictured. Location was great - very easy to get to Cape Coral, Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Will rent here again the next time we are in Fort Myers.

This place was perfect for our stay in Florida! The home is beautiful inside and outside, it had everything we needed and then some! This home is true to the online photos, very nice, well maintained, VERY clean. The pool and hot were very nice and clean… The outdoor space/lanai area was great..can’t say enough about this home and the hosts! They were amazing, any questions I had, I would message them, and their response was Always very prompt, in getting back to me!!! Thank you so much for the great experience! Will definitely stay here again, if available when needed! At first, I was nervous and hesitant, about booking here, as there were no reviews. The pictures and descriptions of the home, and the area were perfect for our stay… I kept swiping past it looking at others, but kept coming back to it. Finally, I decided to book it, and crossed my fingers, hoping it was, as the photos and description. Well it surely didn’t disappoint!!! I found out why there weren’t any reviews, as we were the first OFFICIAL guests staying there 😊 I highly recommend this home for your getaway, whether be business or vacation! You will not be disappointed! Remember it’s new to the Vrbo market, so there aren’t many reviews Yet 😊 Thanks again, and Thsnk you for being such great Hosts!!!
