Nothing.
That it wasn’t clean, bed sheets weren’t proving enough cover, wifi wouldn’t connect, shower wasn’t draining, no balcony (like on the pic of the room we bought), view blocked by cabinet, dining table also not clean & in separate area, kettle still had water from prior guests.

The apartment was nice and clean. The beds were comfy and warm. The lakeview was so beautiful. The staff was nice contacted us when we forgot to return the key of the apartment, and offered a dropoff location near me, which was very nice.
One tissue box was not enough for 4 nights. We couldn't find any more in the apartment. It would be better if the towels can be changed every 2 nights or offered some new ones in the apartment for change after 1 or 2 nights.

Absolutely nothing to like here advertised as jindabyne but was east jindabyne . It had nothing local and very hard to drive around at night as it's so dark. Did not expect this at all. Had no facilities and was advertised as a hotel.. huge disappointment. Ruined our stay.
Didn't like location it was more of a caravan camp cabin. Freezing cold and had mice running around the room. Was not clean and had to ask for linen and towels to be changed on arrival as they were dirty and obviously not changed and cleaners don't speak english. Will never come again

The location, view from balcony, free parking close to the entrance of the property and heating in the room was nice. They provide some basic items such as access to a microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle and even a hairdryer in the bathroom, which was great.
The cleanliness of the room and facilities were a little questionable. When we had just arrived, there were still crumbs on the floor and stains on the bedsheet and it didn't seem like the floors were cleaned at all before our arrival.
The cups provided were dirty and crusted with some white debris and you aren't provided any dishwashing liquid or sponges to clean them which was a little disappointing so we were lucky we had our travel mugs with us from our drive up to use instead. The walls are very thin and you could hear entire conversations (even mere walking around) of guests on either side of your room. Whilst the heating was nice and toasty, it is set to a consistent temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, which you can't adjust but rather, you can turn on and off only, so it does get a little too hot if you leave on during the night but also too cold if you turn it off. Whilst the place advertises free wifi and does provide you with a password to access it - we were unable to connect to it throughout our stay.

Warm and comfy house with heaters and cooking. Basically a home to stay after a whole day ski. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom well equipped. Facing the beautiful lake.
Can hear noise from upper level, especially the place is very quiet. Kitchen may need a bit of follow up with appliances.

Location is fine on top of the slope of East Jindabyne. Very good view and surprisingly no real highway noise.
Dated but is clean and tidy, very comfy beds, heated, has toiletries and fantastic rain shower head. Despite the small room there is ample drying room type stowage in the water heater cupboard. New TV, microwave and tea/coffee facilities.
Parking at room level or on private spaces on driveway above the building.
Key safe at door and excellent communication made for easy check in.
Very quiet part of town.
Very good hot water and never ran out. And had your own bathroom...some places is share.
It has a microwave but no cutlery or crockery or tea towel. And only two cups as well. Continually using bathroom basin to wash up.
You have to sit on bed. It is a tiny room but could have had a fold down table, and fold chairs.
Temp is set to 23. Not negotiable. It was too hot for us so had to leave the bathroom door ajar with louvre windows to the "fresh" night air to regulate the temp. Doors did knock a bit when closed so wasn't a bad outcome.
Pricey for the room size. And no balcony.
Thin walls...noisy neighbours easily heard.

Amazing view with comfortable bed and clean room. Perfect for couple. We are thinking to come back in summer again! Thank you very much for the free wine! That was really thoughtful! 👍❤️
Nothing! We love it so much! Not really a big room but very handy and got everything we need.

freshly renovated. lovely views. beds were comfortable, bathroom was new and loved the shower. new air conditioning units in each bedroom and living room kept the place warm.
kitchen was clean, utensils and cook wear needs updating. exhaust fan of stove didn’t work, but plenty of windows to open.

The Lake view was good
The accommodation wasn't up to the mark. The kitchen and the utensils were dirty and the bathroom was tiny. Not enough hand and feet towels or a broom to clean the floor were provided. There were no coffee mugs and the TV wasn't didn't turn on.
