The building is exotic. Reception staff helpful, but cleaning staff struggle to clean properly.

Location is good, building structure is perfect.

Just like most hotels in Vietnam, cleaning staff don’t usually clean properly. It’s either they are underpaid which makes them To dislike their job, or they don’t just like to work consciously, or they are not hard workers. I am trying to figure it out.

Würde nicht nochmal einchecken wollen.

Der Rooftop Pool war sehr schön.

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im ersten Stock leider gab es aber dorthin keinen Lift so mussten wir mit schwerem Gepäck über die Treppen gehen. Das Personal war nur Semi Professionell und erklärt uns nur wo das Zimmer war. Alles andere mussten wir sehr langwierig Erfragen. Das Zimmer hat beim betreten einen unangenehmen Geruch und die Klimaanlage brauchte ewig damit die Temperatur runter ging, trotz max stufe und auf die kälteste Stufe gestellt. Auch das zur Verfügung gestellte Wasser schmeckt sehr eigen. Der Boden vom Zimmer war schmutzig und die Tapete löste sich schon leicht von der Wand. Auch waren im ganzen Zimmer immer wieder Ameisen zu finden.

Boring.

Hotel building was nice.

Location,there was nothing around,only busy traffic. Staff couldn't give any information about transport or money change.

Better not.

Location for people who are not there, for the modern Ho Chi Minh city, but want to see the real Vietnam life.

Ok I paid for a room upgrade, before arriving. When arrived, the room I was given, had cocroaches in it, and horrible poisones smell. Turned out, the room was full with some poison for insects (looked like mint candy) I called the staff, they removed the poison (was all arround the room). The smell was still there. It started to cause pain in my throath. I called the staff again, as i was worried about my health. Then...they gave me another room... It was an DOWNGRADE. But atleast no smell. I have a bad rash on my hand after the stay. I think some bedbug or other insect did me well....Cheap, but would not suggest. Location is great if you want to see all of the city, as it's not the center at all.

Underwhelming.

Improving from previous reviews. On tap restaurant has brilliant kombucha and decent meals. Pools are nice and clean.

Beds are rock hard and the pillows are old and falling apart. Wouldn’t accept card on arrival and would only accept payment through transfer or cash. Language barrier was difficult at times. Stairs in room are dodgy.

Awesome infinity pool with great views. High glam eastern style lobby. No hidden charges.

Rooftop infinity pool was great.

Restaurant was underwhelming. A pity for such great potential.

Affordable “Luxury”

To begin with, I was quite nervous about staying here due to the amount of “not great” reviews. However, deciding to stay at the Cozrum Homes and ignoring the reviews was a great choice. I believe people need to realise that they are not going to get Four Seasons or The Ritz quality of service for this low price.. There is a 24/7 guard with a gate outside the hotel, leading to a beautiful driveway and lobby. I encountered no issues with the staff and actually found them to be quite helpful. The room was very spacious and modern, with working TV and AC. The view was also very nice of the ground floor pool and city. The room was clean and very quiet at night. There’s a gym, shop, restaurant and two pools all located within the ground. I would really recommend this stay if you want to be a short Grab ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of HCMC, whilst enjoying the space and facilities the hotel has to offer.

“The Devil is in the Details”. Despite enjoying the property, this is not by any means a 5 star as advertised. I also think the price accurately reflects that. Please do not book this property expecting the utmost luxury. The pools are fine to swim in, yet not the most hygienic looking. Construction work is still ongoing within the property, not that this will affect your stay. Please improve the lighting within the hallways, very dark and gloomy at night. When you begin to look with a closer eye, you’ll soon notice that the quality of the interior around the hotel has been done on a budget, looks nice in pictures but in person you can tell it’s quite cheap. For example, rips in the window nets, odd paint jobs needed etc. It’s also worth noting that the property is not located in the centre. However this did not affect my stay as Grab was very affordable to travel. Yet location may be a factor for you.

When we checked in we had some confusions on the amount to be paid since we were asked to pay more than what was indicated in the booking. But later on they refunded us.

Value for money, comfortable stay

the hotel location is good surrounded by lots of eateries. one can book taxi from grab app easily for commutation. Room size and washroom size is small. Roof top pool is excellent.

I don't understand the rule of keeping money for deposit even though we have paid for the entire trip already? And the hall is creepy, the room is dirty and the night is noisy. Zero star experience if you ask me.

Terrible!!!

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the check in procedure and it was nothing short of a disaster. It took me a whopping 25 minutes to complete the process, which is absolutely unacceptable. Despite the fancy exterior of the hotel, the service provided was just terrible. The hallway leading to my room was not lit properly and was not cleaned at all. The air conditioning system was also not functioning well, and it was clear that the hotel did not take proper care of their equipment. The parking situation was a complete joke. When I initially booked my room, it was advertised that the hotel had a parking lot, but when I arrived, I was informed that I would have to pay for parking. This was especially frustrating as my Vietnamese friend who was staying with me had a motorcycle and it was not like the parking space was in high demand. My experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone and would advise all travelers to steer clear of this hotel.

Never come back

Check-in and out was taking too many time. Room is smaller than I expected and not very clean. Too far from the city center and especially from airport. The neighborhood is empty and no way to explore the city culture in here

Bad

It is considered a very big hotel with hundreds of rooms but they try to pick every pennies possible. Check-in is slow and also they ask for money deposit even we already paid for the room. The payment by card is also charge for they payment fee in addition to the room price??? Parking in their private lot but I also had to pay for keeping vehicle there!!!
