About this apartment rental
Heritage House offers you comfort and vintage style in the historical heart of Chester. Located within walking distance to tourist attractions, Racecourse, restaurants & pubs. The newly refurbished property provides boutique quality accommodation for up to 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms & 3 bathrooms; an open plan kitchen living area with diner. The patio garden as an extension of the living area creates an enjoyable outdoor experience. We look forward to welcoming you at Heritage House!
The two storey property offers elegant and spacious accommodation for a maximum of 6 guests with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-diner-living room with connected outside patio area. The patio area is furnished with garden furniture suitable for outside dining and relaxation.
On the ground floor you find a spacious double bedroom and bathroom. As well as a large open plan living area with kitchen, connected to the patio garden area.
In the living room area mood lights, 55” wide screen UHD TV with Netflix and Sky ensure your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, kettle, wine cooler, bean to cup coffee machine, large fridge freezer, washer/dryer and Bosch/Neff appliances including electric hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Crockery, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans are provided for your comfort.
On the first floor you find the master en-suite bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with super king size bed. Next to it is a family bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower cabin. There is an option to convert the super king into two single beds, so please let us know before your arrival if this will be required.
You will have full access to the entire self contained property and it's amenities.

The property is located on a residential street within the historic city walls. It is approx. 160 yards (150 metres) from the centre of the city, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and tourist attractions.
The property is within a controlled parking area, where you can park on the street for 10 minutes free of charge.
There are a number of car parking options close by including:

NCP Chester Pepper Street (0.2 miles)
Linenhall Car Park (0.3 miles)
New Market Street Parking (0.4 miles)
Chester Train station is approx. 20 minutes (0.9 miles) walk from the house.

Beautifully furnished, maintained, both perfectly livable and close to all that Chester inside-the-walls has to offer. Host communications were excellent both before and during our stay. Parking in pay lot a few steps away at end of street was no problem - never a lack of space to park (though may not be so easy in high months?). Only two small quibbles: steep stairs a bit of a challenge for old folks; and impossible to turn off hall lights (up and downstairs) that go on the moment anyone steps into the hall. Understandable as safety issue, but still irritating. Regardless, this was one of our top 2 or 3 ever vacation rental accommodations.

Wow, Heritage house is a perfect pick.
Its central location puts you in the heart of Chester. Shops, bars and restaurants are all in walking distance.
Heritage house is clean and homely. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are a delight and the beds are super comfortable.
Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Heritage house on Cuppin street in Chester . The place was immaculate, very well equipped with little luxury surprises . The host has been great in his communication with us and the location was perfect for our big chill week with our friends from the USA and Canada . We could not have asked for better accommodations
