About this cabin rental
Escape to the idyllic surroundings of Pocono Lake and discover your perfect retreat at our classic A-frame home. Nestled in a serene wooded area on Lake Naomi (members only lake - not public), this true gem is the perfect spot for weekend getaways or remote work retreats. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, our home has something for everyone.
Lake Naomi is a members only lake so we wanted to provide other swimmable beaches in the area. Below is the beach or state park and the approximate distance from the house.
Gouldsboro Lake:
Distance – about 20 minutes away from the house
Area - 250
Gouldsboro lake is famous for ice fishing, boating, and swimming. Besides multiple activities, one can enjoy luxurious electrically powered and non-electrical boating. Gouldsboro lake comes under Goldsboro state park. It is spread across Wayne and Monroe county.
Brady’s Lake:
Distance – 15 minutes
Area- 223 acres
Brady’s is another man-made lake that was initially designed to harvest ice; however, later, it was modernized, and more activities were included. The lake provides fishing and boating like any other lake of Poconos.
Tobyhanna State Park:
Distance – 15 minutes
Like many of the state parks in the Poconos, Tobyhanna State Park is open from late May through early September and offers swimming, picnic areas, camping and wildlife viewing. The beach area has restrooms and changing rooms, but expect to pay a nominal fee if you want to shower on site.
Hickory Run State Park :
Distance – 30 minutes
This is a great beach for swimming and also has a sand beach.
Promised Land State Park:
Distance – 35 minutes
Two sand beaches are open daily from Memorial Day to mid-September, 8:00 A.M. to sunset.
If you would like an early check in or late check out, please request one and we will work with the cleaners to accommodate your request. If we are able to accommodate your request there is an additional $50 fee each.
We live in Pennsylvania, and are available as needed. We love the Poconos and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Absolutely loved this little gem! The hosts are extremely communicative and attentive to detail. The property was clean and well maintained. The location was very close to all the things we wanted to do (golf, tubing, water park). We had a great weekend away at the Camp Summer of '69!

Me, my boyfriend and my dog had a great weekend at Camp Summer of 69! The place was so cute and clean. We loved soaking in the hot tub and relaxing by the fireplace. The hosts messaged back quickly with any questions I had prior to the trip. We will definitely be going back again!

Can’t say enough about this adorable little A-frame! Tucked away amongst the trees in a quiet little neighborhood. The front deck was such a great spot to sit and sip drinks on the warm afternoon we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. The hot tub was definitely the highlight for us! We used it every evening and the cabin was just so cute and cozy with plenty of cozy blankets and comfy beds. We really enjoyed our girls weekend away and we’d love to stay again sometime!

A nice space to get away and relax but still close enough to amenities if you bring kids during the busy season

Great little place for a weekend away. We (4 adult women) stayed for a girls weekend! Property was exactly as listed, and it’s clear that the owners have great attention to detail! We loved both the indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the fun decor and quiet surroundings! We hope to stay again.

Three of us met here for a working retreat. We all worked remotely during the day and cooked, drank wine by the fire, sat in the hot tub and just generally enjoyed a break in the work routine. It was perfect for this. The kitchen was well equipped, we used the grill and the oven and appreciated the complementary coffee. The internet never failed us even with three of us working remotely at the same time. The cherry on top was that i could bring my dog with me! Easy to get to from New York and DC. Would love to return soon!
