Located in Dromana, only 20 houses from the beach and walking distance to all amenities, this home offers plenty to do to keep your family entertained all year round. You can either walk to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, take the family for a fun trip to Top Fun Shack situated in the heart of Rosebud where you can enjoy mini golf, bowling & arcade games or simply relax at the house & play board games, cards, watch dvds or TV. Dromana is the perfect location to unwind & enjoy amazing restaurants, wineries, and attractions that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Getting here:
We would recommend travelling by car- a 1 hour drive (approx.) from Melbourne.
Take Dromana exit to drive through the township and you will arrive at the property within 5 minutes.
Take the Arthurs Seat/Dromana exit, turn right into McCulloch St and you will arrive at the property within 1 minute.
