The space was perfect for my husband and I during our stay. The outdoor space and pool were especially nice.
The house was a great location to the harbor, beach, and town. We were able to easily walk to all of these areas.
Jean was welcoming and responsive to our needs.

The apartment is perfect for two, a bit cozy for more. Lovely, well furnished place; double doors open onto a nicely appointed pool deck and permanently covered outdoor dining platform. The pool is a delight, 3' to 6' deep. Our host, Jean, is as kind and responsive as we could want. We would certainly stay aagain.

Use of the pool and beach toys/chairs was very appreciated, kitchen is a bit small for a family, but use of outdoor space was definitely a plus, super location! Super clean.

We were happy to find this pet friendly rental so that we could continue our annual end of summer tradition in Hull. We appreciated the flexibility of nightly rentals rather than having to book a full week during the summer.
The unit was just as expected - it's a cute space in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed walks and close proximity to the beach and main attractions of Nantasket. The kids especially liked having a pool right out back.
Jean was very responsive and answered all of our questions throughout our stay. She also moved up our check-in time and check-out time since nobody was booked for the day. Love the location and the rental was very comfortable.

My husband and I were visiting our daughter, the location was perfect, so close to everything. Had all that we needed, nice decor, comfortable bedding, and a relaxing pool with canopy and table for eating out along with lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Would definitely stay again!

As long as you can manage with one bedroom and a pull-out couch, it's a great spot for a family. Lovely pool, also close to a really nice stretch of beach. Owner is very accommodating with pool & beach toys for kids. We were really pleased with the whole situation. Original listing was for three bedrooms, so the downgrade to one was a bummer, but otherwise it worked out.

The ad for the condo stated 3 bedrooms. When we got there she let us in downstairs, which is what the pictures showed. But it was only 1 bedroom. She was very nice, and let us go upstairs to the 3 bedroom. She stayed downstairs and her dog barked a lot she coughed a lot. The next morning she told us that we got a "hell of a deal" because she rents the upstairs for double than what she does the downstairs, but wouldnt kick us out because noone else was coming. The house seems clean. The oven was dirty and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The place is nice and she was very nice and tried to make up for the mishap. I think if i would have known she would be there the whole time, i wouldnt have rented. I felt like i couldnt relax with her there.we didnt spend a lot of time at the condo because we were out exploring boston. She is a new renter, so I think she has some kinks to work out. The neighborhood was nice and the pool was nice. It just was not as advertised. And it didnt feel private.

I stayed in the basement of this house. It is set up with a kitchette, a bathroom with stand-up shower, a 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Everything was well maintained and clean. Parking is a bit rough, so just make sure you park in the correct spot. There is a very nice pool in the backyard that the little apartment opens up to.
