About this house rental
Great for family stays, beautiful home. Back yard has a unique heated pool / Spa with nice falls. Outdoor kitchen with a large dining table, seats 8. Sitting area under Mexican Palm cabana, and more sitting area. Inside, Large kids game room. TV in the master bedroom, living room, and game room. Two dining tables inside. Central location to everywhere, close To DFW airport.

House rules :
1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.
2. Parking: Only parking on the back driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. and 6 cars is the max.
3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only. The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 82-85 degrees or spa to 99 degrees.
The heat fee is $80 per day for the pool and spa.
If you only need the spa heat - $50 per day.
Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-85 degrees is possible within 10-12 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is at or below 40 degrees.
Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours
(the same operational temperatures apply for Spa heating)
If the outdoor temperature is 40 degrees or lower heater is not going to be operated to protect the unit.
4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20/ per night / per guest. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. (Not a party venue home) Outdoor quiet time is 9.30pm , No parking in front of neighbors' house . Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.
7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .
8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

The house was great! Everything was exactly how the listing stated. We enjoyed a day at the pool on Sunday and the only complaint we had was the pool vacuum, it was a little annoying, it would climb up your leg while standing, it would also spurt blast of water randomly all over you. Other than that everything about the house was perfect,.

This is our 2nd year choosing this location because of fantastic pool and very smart lay out of this house allows us to have home away from home.

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. We needed a place that was all 1 floor for my elderly grandma and this place was perfect. There were 7 of us total and we were all very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold on the 1 day we didnt have much planned so we didnt get to spend much time out there. Would definitely stay here again if weren't back in the area!

The house was perfect for our group of 14. The only suggestion with having only 2 bathrooms with that many people would be to add some mirrors to the bedrooms for an easier "getting ready" process. Our hosts were very prompt when we had a question, although we didn't meet in person they were friendly in their communications. Check in and out was seamless.

We stayed here for a family weekend. From adults in their 60s to elementary school kids, the house accommodated everyone well. We found the house in a great quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The game area was a fun place for kids and to watch a movie as a family. The outdoor grilling area and pool were great although the weather didnt permit much outside activity. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 would reccommend.

We came for a conference near by and brought several from our church. The stay was great, the house was perfect. This is our second year to stay with this host for the conference and we will book every year we come.

The property was perfect for our family weekend wedding needs. Christina was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any question or request I made. The home was extremely clean and spacious. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor living space because it was too cold, but with all the comforts inside, it didn't matter to us! Great place to stay and highly recommend working with Christina!

The property worked out great. The only challenge was that it has only two bathrooms, and one is in the master suite. The outdoor area was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. PLENTY of space and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My guests and I enjoyed it and brought in the new year here. Christina and Roy are so nice and accommodating. She stayed on the phone to help when i needed assistance. I will be only staying at their properties in Dallas from now on. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t walk, RUN! Thank you!!

We visited our kids and stayed here and we had a wonderful Christmas! We had everything we needed in kitchen to prepare our dinner. We brought our pets and the back yard is fenced in. Quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. Has a wonderful back yard with pool which we didn’t use this trip but would be a great summertime vacay house. Christina was great to work with.

We were charged $100 to heat the spa. It was usable for about an hour one evening. Then we tried to use it the next day and it was cold again. I had to communicate asking about it being heated again. Then we had to wait for it to be heated. Our day was busy and we had to leave. Ended up paying for “two days” while it was only hot for about four hours total. It was used once for an hour. Very frustrating!

This place was beautiful. My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days for his birthday and this place was perfect. The outdoor areas were amazing. The photos do not do the place justice. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful pool and it was very tranquil.

First off, check in process was very smooth. Once my husband and I entered the home we were blown away of how neat & spacious the home was. There's a total of 3 tv's in home, kitchen was very nice with all the amenities you need. The back yard was very inviting nice layout enjoyed it the most. Recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a very quiet/peaceful area to relax & enjoy.

The pictures for this rental do not do the home justice. The home is more spacious than it looks online. We hosted a small luncheon here, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard has ample space for entertaining and provides shady areas. The pool was a hit for all ages.
It is helpful to know ahead of time there is an additional charge of you wish to heat the pool or the hot tub.
There are many stores and restaurants close by and the home is conveniently located to freeways.
The owner was in regular contact with us and easy to reach when we had questions. Our family would stay here again.

This place was very clean and comfortable. It would be perfect for families with all of the bunk beds and many rooms. The patio area and pool were the best feature, which is why we chose to stay here. I would highly recommend this place!

Christina is a very bad communicator. She booked me for one rate and then right before the party she attached an additional $300.00 for extra guest when the website promotes up to 20 guest can sleep. It promotes heated pool so from the date of booking i asked for the pool to be heated. On the day of arrival grills and ovens were dirty and on top of that Christina asked me for 80.00 to heat the pool when i just paid her 730.00 for 1 night in her home actually 4pm-11am and she had someone waiting at the door for 11am for us to get out of the home. the home is beautiful however its not worth the headache of christina or the additinal fees that are not promoted. ASK QUESTIONS and GET THEM IN WRITING by text.

I love this place. The house itself is open and inviting. The place is clean and well furnished. The rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious. The outdoor pool, spa, and patio is what makes this place great. Owners/Management are easy to communicate with and very responsive.
