About this house rental
Beautiful secluded setting on the Rainbow River. Includes guest house with bed and bathroom. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bath, and an adjacent guest house with its own recently renovated bathroom. And two lofts for the kids. Wraparound deck, two docks, and 150 feet of waterfront. The second dock is set up for you to bring your own boat and tie up to the cleats there. Paddle boards, float tubes, and a paddle board/kayak to enjoy the crystal clear river. Two docks - one for your boat and one for relaxing and swimming. There's even a crystal clear spring (now dubbed Otter Spring) 25 yards from the main dock. Can’t say enough about this incredible property! We didn’t leave the house for 3 days, such a relaxing trip. Loved the guest house for our teenage son, his favorite part. Sad to leave but can’t wait to re-book! Thank you for a great experience!

This was the perfect get away for us. We loved the beautiful house with all the floor to ceiling windows- so you could always enjoy the views. The river was so beautiful, we kayaked and paddle boarded, and my husband swam to the spring. The water temperature cooled the air, so sitting on the deck every night was so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time staying at the cabin on Rainbow River! Reese provided everything that we needed for an amazing vacation!

Great location on the Rainbow River. House is well appointed with comfortable beds, appliances, and of course, water toys-mostly SUP's. Beautiful decks with chairs and a table to eat outside. Pleasant, quiet surroundings. Cycling path is a close easy drive. Stores are readily available. Fun times!

This is our second time traveling to Rainbow River, we stayed in the same area on the river but this house was PERFECT! Great size with a large cooking area (well equipped) we cooked all meals at the house. The rooms are nice and big, including the guest house which has its own kutchen area and bathroom as well. Very quiet and perfect location on the river! We'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic location with an amazing view of nothing but nature. Tons of turtles, fish, birds and river otters passing by. Lots of toys on site for river fun. Town needs better restaurants, the only negative.

What a beautiful spot along the crystal clear Rainbow River! The owners met us there and showed us around, including showing us the many kayaks, floats and paddleboards for our use. It's obvious how proud they are of the house and property, and the work they've done making it comfortable and stylish. Great kitchen, well stocked! Comfortable king bed, huge double designer shower.
The property is gorgeous, with two large docks with seating, and easy access to the water. We loved sitting and watching the birds and ducks. Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you'd need, but very peaceful and quiet!

The main house and guest house was wonderful. There was a single thing we needed that we couldn’t find. There was a kayak and plenty of paddle boards with life jackets and paddles. It was a week of pure bliss and a much needed vacation. We were met by the owner upon our arrival and checked in with us near the end of week. Two thumbs and will be a return customer!!!!

This beautifully renovated, cozy contemporary cottage is perfectly perched on the Rainbow River and sited to capture tranquil river views through glass window walls. This location is all the better because that there are no homes on the opposite shoreline. The cottage is stocked with everything you might need. An abundance of paddle boards and river tubes are ready for you floating and paddling pleasure. Our favorite spot is the dock where we could just sit all day and watch those enjoying the river drift by. There is no shortage of wildlife to enjoy including water birds, otters, whistling ducks, turtles, and a barred owl. The set-up is ideal for extended family. My husband and I enjoyed the cottage while my brother settled into the separate-but-close efficiency apartment. Next time we may bring the grandchildren who will fit nicely into the cottage loft. From the grocery store to dining, everything is close-by. The host is gracious and available. We've stayed in several VRBOs on Rainbow River, this is our new favorite place.

This house and set-up for River fun will not disappoint. My adult daughters stayed in the suite and we were in the main house. I won’t be able to say enough nice things. We floated off the dock and down the river to Stumpys Bar 3 times. We paddled up river too. I was outside on the shady dock almost all day. Owner is so nice. Met us there and glad because he tells you the best ways to have fun at the property. Once you are inside the property you still are enjoying the river because of the ceiling to floor windows. The owners care about this property and your enjoyment of same. We will be back next Summer. We made wonderful family memories here! Thank you. Thank you.

We have been to the rainbow river 4 times now, staying in VRBO on the water, we decided to try this house instead of our normal go to, we were in love with its location up the river in clear water, we were able to Tube from rainbow river state park all the way back to our house! Close by to boat rentals, bass fishing, and more this is our favorite location on the river because there are options both up and down river. The home is clean and well kept, the view looks like a Bob Ross painting. 10/10 will be back and my kids voted for this house again next year, they loved all the paddle boards and we also enjoyed the grill!

We booked this for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and it was perfect. The girls stayed in the loft and the boys in the separate suite behind the main house. Reese met us there in person and was extremely accommodating and helpful. We loved the property which has easy access to KP Hole Park. You can also float or paddle down river to Swampy’s Restaurant. The property had plenty of paddle boards for everyone. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again!

I have been to Rainbow River many times, but when I drove up to this property, it took my breath away. The views are stunning! The home is lovely and has everything you could possibly need and more…two docks and a large deck, paddle boards, floats, a fully-stocked kitchen, the most friendly and accommodating owners, spectacular views from every window. I could go on and on. This place is truly something special! We can’t wait to come back.

This place is simply awesome. Huge, private, quiet, tree-lined property in a great spot along the crystal clear Rainbow River. Wood-paneled main house has window-lined living area, big eat-in chef's kitchen, redone bathroom with double shower and master bedroom with king bed that overlooks the river. Upstairs is a quaint loft with 2 twin beds that's perfect for kids. The guest house is one big renovated suite with living area, king bed, loft with a single twin bed, kitchenette and bath with shower. All areas in both buildings are redone and luxuriously appointed. Outside features 2 docks for morning coffee and evening sunset, and easy in-and-old access for kayaks, paddleboards and swimming. Minutes away is Dunnellon, with groceries, Wal-Mart and restaurants. Hosts could not be more generous or accommodating. We can't wait to come back.
