About this house rental
** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups **
Walk in the doors of this newly renovated family holiday home and you will instantly feel relaxed. The front living room has a large wall mounted smart TV and is open planned with dining table. Then continue through to the back area which features another living room with large smart TV and ambient electric fireplace and the kitchen which has everything you will need.
The rear garage has been transformed into a third living space and this is perfect to sit and watch a movie (think comfy chairs like Gold Class), or play Wii, PlayStation or table tennis which makes it the ideal kids' hang out.
In between the back room and the main house is a lovely sun filled grassed area where the kids can jump on the trampoline and run around and play, or the adults can enjoy an evening in front of the fire pit.
There is nothing missing here, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, smart TVs, washing machine, clothes dryer, BBQ and free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom (with bath) plus an ensuite. You will feel very comfortable all year round with split system air conditioning/heating, an electric fireplace and ceiling fans.
Don't forget, this is all within an easy 2 km stroll to the Blairgowrie village, Yacht Squadron, bay and ocean beaches and a 10 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs. Stringers Road Reserve which has a leash free dog park, oval and tennis courts is just 450 metres around the corner and Koonya General store 600 metres away. The fully fenced property is tucked behind a high fence in a service lane off Melbourne Road and there is a bus stop right outside the property on Melbourne Road.
It features a long driveway which could easily accommodate a boat or jet skiis. This lovely property lends itself easily to cater for 2 families and there is a portacot and high chair for your use. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!!

Convenient to Blairgowrie shops and beaches. Great place to stay for families with several living areas. Great for the dog with good back yard and close to beach and off lead park.

Beautiful newly renovated house. It had everything we needed with two TV’s in the house. The garage was transformed into a kids retreat with another TV and table tennis table. My kids loved it.
