- Kindly note this is a newly built neighborhood, still under construction. You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area.
- Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished.
QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.
PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Beautiful place to stay, quite and relaxing. The only issue was couldn’t enjoy outside backyard, no landscaping if you open the door flys will end up inside. Beautiful ocean view.

Great home with lots of extras included that we really appreciated! Gated community that was nice and quiet. We had a car rental so we went all over Oahu. Communication with owner is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again! We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room for us!

Neighborhood was quiet. Property was clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen could have been stocked with more basic staples. Bathrooms for a party of 10 people did not have enough bath towels. No WiFi for most of our stay.

The house was beautiful and clean but definitely do your research about the area! I thought this house was close to the North Shore, when I looked at a map I thought well we can explore that side but there is nothing but homeless people for miles on the beach. So sad to see so many homeless people! To reach the North shore is over a hour. I also realized I never got a welcome packet of how to access the home . I reached out to property management that morning and it took hours for a reply!! That’s not okay. I finally got ahold of someone two hours after messaging them for hours. She told me I needed to send her my ID and the card I used. I couldn’t remember which card I used for it was booked over 6 months ago. That was chaotic and should of been handled weeks ago, not the day of! Once I got that figured out we arrived at the front gate and they said they didn’t have any of my information so tat was another ordeal. The lady at the gate said this happens all the time. Property management needs work!

MY FAMILY HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE PROPERTY LOOKS JUST LIKE THE PICTURES. IT WAS CLEAN. AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. HAVING ACCESS TO THE BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS WERE A HUGE PLUS. COMMUNICATION WITH THE TEAM WAS FLAWLESS. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THE DRIVE. I KNEW THE PROPERTY WAS ANOTHER 20 OR SO MINUTES OUT FROM KO OLINA BEFORE RESERVING. DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE DAY IT COULD BE A LONGER DRIVE. ALSO WAIANAE WASN'T SOMEWHERE WE WANTED TO HANG OUT. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. IT WORKED FOR US BECAUSE WE LEFT IN THE MORNING AND DID NOT COME BACK UNTIL THE EVENING. IF WE ARE TRAVELING WITH A BIG GROUP WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. MAHALO!

The house and furnishings are very nice, and the views are gorgeous especially looking out to the ocean. The kitchen pretty much has all you need including coffee. We had our grandkids with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the games in the garage although that area is pretty warm in temperature during summer. There’s a split system in each space in the house so you can cool down any particular area of the house as needed. It was a nice new and quit neighborhood. It was limited to 2 parking places. Makaha beach is a quick 6 minutes right down the hill which was a great time for our water babies.
