You are located right on the beach with unlimited access and within 10 miles of great attractions, such as Bing's Landing, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, James F. Holland Memorial Park, Flagler Beach Fishing Pier, and downtown Flagler Beach.
Upon entering this beach abode, you will encounter the sunny living area with expansive windows and vaulted ceilings, offering panoramic views of the beach. Curl up on the inviting sofa and stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. There is no need to miss your favorite shows now! Another great addition is the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the corner. Sea Wall construction is ongoing and will continue throughout the summer. Due to the work being done, there is no private beach access and there may be extra traffic behind the house. Public beach access is available less than one mile away.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Get location. The neighborhood was quite and not busy area.
We were about 45 minutes from Daytona and 40 minutes from St.Augustine. We could have not asked for a better area to hub out of during our stay.

2 hrs before we arrived for our vacation, we receive a call from Vacasa letting us know the AC was out in the house. They gave us the option to relocate, but then tried to charge us an additional $3000 (after I was told they would not charge us to relocate). The temp got up to 81 degrees in the house during the day. It was miserable! We finally got air after 3 days.
Upon arrival, the fridge had no power. It was plugged into a ground fault and blew the breaker. We could not even plug in a hair dryer without kicking the breaker. It was obvious there were major electrical issues and the house is not up to codes.
I could list the numerous other things in the house that were broken or nasty. It was also not equipped for 11 people. To say the house was a disappointment is an understatement. We took pictures and documented everything. This house is not in any condition to be rented. Shame on the owner and Vacasa for taking advantage of renters.

A private beach oasis where you are literally steps from the water. During our stay we were able to watch dolphins, pelicans, and even manatees (this is a rare occurrence) all from the porch. We were also lucky enough to see a night launch from Cape Canaveral so make sure to download an app and pay attention while you enjoy your stay at this amazingly spacious beachfront home. Everything we needed was there. We only left once the entire time during our stay. Stunning waterfront views from every level. Definitely will be booking another stay!!!

Great location, with direct access to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean. The only issue we had was doing laundry, since the clothes were pretty soaked after washing (spinning part of cycle was probably not working properly). Other than that, everything else was pretty perfect and we would stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The house was beautiful!! We had a few bumps in the road but made the most of the few minor issues. We booked this home because of the location, easy access to the beach and spectacular view. Upon checking in we had found that there was construction taking place and the access and view where limited. There were huge mounds of sand that we had to climb over to get to the beach. The view was still great from the top deck. I know that the construction was at no fault to the owner but wish we had been informed so we could have planned accordingly. Also, one of the air units was out. They did place a few portable air conditioning units throughout the house, but it was still humid. They were in the process of fixing the unit but was not completed during our stay.

Location is fantastic and the setup of the home was perfect for our family of five. the main trouble was that there was no communication with us that a sea wall was being built in front of our property with heavy machinery right next to the house. after several texts and calls to discuss this issue, Vacasa finally offered a 20% refund. In the end, the process was a hassle, but the stay was fantastic! Couldn't ask for better beach access or a house with better amenities. The grill wasn't fully operational and there was a little wear on the sofa and other furniture, but on balance, this was one of the best places I've stayed in eastern FL.

Many properties say they have ocean views, or they’re right on the ocean, but they are not. They may be on the access to the ocean or a few houses away but this one is right on the beach! ….morning coffee on the deck is a zen like experience. We will definitely go back.
